Hello, we do not offer a version "without the reflector" for the Gladiator, can you confirm what you purchased from Extreme Terrain, do you have a link?

I bought the one without the reflector. I used the harness to connect them and nothing. I tapped into the pins indicated in a poorly produced video and nothing. I called Extreme Terrains where I bought them from and they offer a refund or suggested to tap into the 7 pin towing harness.
i believe a product should work as advertised. If it says it works on Gladiators Rubicon, it must work every time ( not just occasionally). By the way I still have not been able to make them work… Any and all suggestions are welcome.
You didn't buy Oracle, then.

This is the only style they offer - to keep the required (by law) reflector)

EDIT:
OOPS, I see Oracle support beat me to it.....

Still don't understand why @ORACLElights isn't making an amber option that can be wired on a switch so these can be used for trail lights. We can buy and install other lights for this purpose but none that fit into the bumper nicely like this.

Or a combo - color changing even, depending on where the power comes from

It‘s the one on the picture above. I now they work, because I tested them on a battery, but cant get the to work either with TClamps or 7 pin towing plug.

You connected to pins 1 and 7 (7 being the center) of the trailer plug?

You got the polarity correct? (being LED, these may not work if the wires are reversed)

You had someone go back and look while you sat with the vehicle running and in reverse?

If they work via battery, then you have something else going on.

We are getting close. I had not considered polarity. Oracle cables are black and red. Red goes to seven and black to one?

Yes, ground is #1 and is normally black wire. (in automotive, anyway.)

Did not work. Going to buy a 7pin connect tester or fuse or reverse switch., or all three. I hard wired them again and there was light. I’ll keep you posted.

Dude, you have to post a pic of your kit or a link. That’s the best way to get help.

We did mention it quite a few times... I got tired of waiting and ended up installing a KC Hilites Cyclone (in Amber...) to my rear bumper and wired it to my Rough Country MLC-6. ?‍♂

I didn’t know about these, and love KC stuff. Thanks. I’m tempted to use them for rock lights. If anyone has used them for rock lights, and they sell a set of 6 for this, where are people mounting them?
