NOCO and Antigravity are my go to's for boosters and NOCO chargers are very nice too.
I personally use a NOCO GBX155....It's a bit overkill for a Jeep, but it serves double duty at the shop. Spins over a 6.7 Ford with stone dead batteries faster than with the pair of group 65's!
Don't go with the NOCO GBX45. I bought 2. One for my JT and one for the wife's JL and after a month I went to use one and the battery was already halfway dead and I checked the other one and it was the same. Both of them were fully charged. Prior to these I had a Tacklife T8 and I would get that again. The battery can last 12 months without being re-charged.
if you’re already in the current milwakee, dewalt or makita ecosystems, one of these 100%
turns over a cold HD diesel in the winter no problem and its not junk when the battery needs replacement
I use Noco as well, the GB40 for the Jeeps and the GB150 for everything else under the sun but I’m a field diesel mechanic so I have used it to jump off everything but 24V heavy equipment
I have had a NOCO GB70 for about 5 years now. It still holds a charge. I have used it once on my wife's car, once on my now sold 2018 JLUR, and several times on various lawn and outdoor equipment that has battery start. That one posted by @TheSolarWizard looks interesting. I will have to give it some consideration when the GB70 craps out.
It's not a battery, so you never have to worry about keeping it charged... it sucks low voltage charge from your "dead" battery into a big capacitor (usually in under three minutes), then discharges it while you hit the start button for a big burst of power. I have used mine several times on my JL that was having battery problems... worked great. It takes some timing, you press the "start" button and it beeps a 10 second countdown timer, then a constant tone.. when the constant tone happens, you press start on the vehicle and, well... it starts.
You can also charge it from someone else's vehicle (battery clamps or 12v power socket) or through USB (albeit, much slower). If you have a newer Samsung/Pixel phone or an iPhone 15, you can even charge the thing up using your phone, (as long as you have about 15% battery life and like 45 minutes to kill - still kind of hilarious to jump start your Jeep with your phone!).
It's not the smallest thing in the world, but I picked up a CAT 3 in 1, jumper/air compressor/power supply at Costco for a decent price. I've used it's other features more often than the jumper cables. Much handier for airing up tires than lugging out the pancake compressor. https://www.amazon.com/CAT-Professional-Station-Starter-Compressor/dp/B088RMSXD1
