How do you guys think the guy that put a s/c on his tuned it??? With an out of the box tuner and a canned tune ?
What does some other guy installing a supercharger have to do with disabling or bypasing autopark?

And why are you so angry and defensive about other shops tuning abilities or lack there of? What is really going on here? Is this really a failed sock puppet project?

I love my little $15 seatbelt extender from Amazon. Totally disables AutoPark and renders nothing else on the Jeep useless or disconnected. Perfect solution.

So now we are bus shaming? Bus keeping? In a world of DI/DO & AI/AO and the ability to manufacturer conditions by piggybacking does it really matter to any of us how the canbus is being manipulated?

I am a full proponent of the right to repair and find the shielding of systems architecture behind the veil of proprietary IP a bit disingenuous as in most cases the vehicle manufacturers aren't the ones developing the systems, they are basically told these are your inputs and outputs, figure it out. Look at the hell going on with things as simple as the McDonalds ice cream machine and as complex as a JD combine, but for a want of knowledge, there go we at some future date as the mechanic gives you that palms up shrug.

So to stand around telling us about how complex and mysterious it is is a farce and does nothing to contribute. At some date in the far future of 2035 there will be someone searching out some answers on why is his autopark system acting wonky and he's gonna find you talking about a video but never posting it because it is just too complex for you mere mortals to understand, like beholding god's day planner.

So, make a throw away gmail account, link it to an equally throw away youtube account and then upload it there in the highest quality, assuming of course you haven't recorded it with a potato in fabulous potato vision where the camera constantly fails to stay on subject or when it is on subject can't keep it in frame and you can barely hear the garbled compressed audio over the wind noise. In that case keep the video to yourself.

That is a really long video for almost no content.
But it answers a question that people have been continually asking for 4 years now. So, it's well worth a watch.

This is a long thread (not reading it) and I'm sure it's been mentioned, but just in case the Tazer Mini for the JT will allow for this option to be set at "0" for disabling.
Last I saw from Tazer was Joe admitting that FCA sent out a patch that made it no longer possible. The only "Park" related setting I can see that can be set to 0 is ParkSense which is totally different from AutoPark.
