Sending you a PM!

The rectangles are 1.25in wide and designed to fit MOLLE accessories (or anything similar). The slots are just over .25in and perfect for 1/4-20 hardware and carriage bolts from the back!

Matt
Boom! That's using your noggin.

What do you recommend for the quick fist ratchet mounting? Should I drill out the mount holes to be 1/4", or just use a small bolt with like a fender washer behind the BRI panel? Lol

I think I got 8-32 bolts in there now, fit snuggly.

Bingo. My target has been an MSRP of $200. It looking like I may miss that with higher than anticipated powdercoating costs, but not by much. Will still be a significant savings from Mopar.

Matt
Would the panel system you have out be able to mount to a DIY 7/8x1-5/8 strut rail system, or an L-track system?

Thanks

A #10 bolt should work in there I think, but in any case, just use a washer on the backside!

You'd want to space it out from the bed to get close to the depth of the factory rail system, but otherwise it should work fine.

Our utility rail kit is basically a DIY+ kit. I bought 2000ft of custom blank channel and am cutting them to length, laser cutting the correct bolt pattern and then plating and coating them for corrosion resistance. My material should arrive on Thursday then we're off to the races!

@BuiltRight

I have to admit I didn’t read all 16 pages.
But I would be in for the whole set
It would need to be strong enough to hold my 20# homemade powertank.
Here is a pic for reference, not a representation of where exactly I want to store items
Some other items I carry, are a full length shovel, battery powered chainsaw, an ax etc

Hey brother, dig your ideas with the Molle, I like the updates to your website with the addition of trail rail install. Now if I could only get a custom plug cover with built right logo and a black and Crome Boise state bronco logo that’d be ! Have you tried a 3 gal rotopax can with the driver side rear? Should fit.

I've installed the kit on both sides. I must say the panels feel nice and sturdy, and installed wasn't too difficult except for one minor hiccup with the final bolts.

The kit shipped with 3 sets of screw/bolt/washer sets.
The T-slot nuts:

The bottom bumpers:

And, the rear bolts:

I found it was easiest to install the panels by barely threading the T-slot nuts onto the bolt, washer, and panel. Also, installing the bumpers on the bottom at this time as well:

Next, I lifted the T-slot into the trail rail at 45-60 degree angle to get the top edge in, and then pushed it up and over to seat the T-slot in the rail:

And then, I used a 10mm socket and tightened the T-slot bolts down. Finished shot:

Now, for the hiccup. I didn't have anything to have the large bolts to bite into on the bottom of the panel. I'm awaiting to find out if this is due to missing hardware or if my bed was altered when they added the bedliner. Panels still seem fairly secure, but I think the extra mount point is still needed.

They look great, and I might be adding a few more goodies here soon to them!

your bag should have had 2 big ones of these,
upload_2019-9-19_17-27-21.png

call Matt if you can't find em., From his install email he said, bolt-metal washer-panel-plastic spacer- box-big nut and if you don't have 2 hands use some masking tape to tape the nut to the bed then lightly thread it in.

Whoo hoo! Look what showed up today. Front and side racks!

Now I just need to wait until the 30th to pick up my JT to put these on. Adding these to the accessory pile. :CWL:

I don't think the front racks have shipped yet.

Dang it! Now you made me open the box. I was just going to put it in the pile with the rest of waiting parts. Just sides and a couple of surprises! Good, because I need to add a few more goodies to ship with the front panel. Thanks Matt @BuiltRight!
