Update: Mine are still fantastic and wish i would have switched them a while ago. One thing i really like is when you use your turn signal, it flashes a bright led red light sideways beside the jeep so you don't get as much of the two vehicles trying to get into one middle lane issue. Nice safety feature. The oem tails just flashed rearward, so it was hard for other drivers to see that you were trying to get into the middle lane.

I had some day-after-install pulsing funkiness with the taillights that i remembered was an issue from replacing my main battery with a different (bigger) battery. My led headlights (previously no flicker) started flickering with the new battery, and it went away when i switched to "led" headlights with JScan, so i figured that the battery was probably not playing nice with the taillight resistors. I unplugged the resistors, went into JScan and changed everything in the rear to "led" and they work perfectly now going on a few days with no pulsing and everything functioning properly. If anyone is having similar issues and have had their main battery replaced, that may or may not be a factor. It was in my case, and it was the battery that was the source of the funkiness. Just needed a JScan adjustment.

But so far so good - the oracles are working great and really enjoying them.
You had halogen's converted over to LED correct?

For anyone interest in the Oracle flush mount taillights, I was one of the first to pre order/receive my set. Dropping a “review” here in hopes that it helps others considering. Forgive me for not using the proper terms to describe the different lighting type. When oracle first posted design renderings (granted these are subject to change), the concept images showed the lights to be a modern “tube” style LED running light. When the final product was released/shipped, it turned out to be a “dotted” style LED running lamp. In my opinion, this makes the taillights look dated and clearly after market, since both jeep and many other brands use the tube style LED running lights throughout their lineups. All in all, I’m happy with the product, the reverse lights are extremely bright and the overall profile of the light looks great when it’s not on. I was a bit let down by the finished product since the oem Jeep LEDs have a more modern look, but the way they protrude out makes them unbearable. I was considering wrapping the running light portion of the oracles with a red film to create that glowing affect versus the dotted LED look but I haven’t yet found an overlay to use. My hopes are that oracle releases an updated version of this light to bring it more up to date. Last, it’s worth noting that this was brought to market at the height of supply chain issues and many people were becoming impatient with the wait list time, so I give credit to Oracle for putting this together and getting them out as quick as they did. I’m also running the Sidetrack LED fender lights on my gladiator and highly recommend them to anyone considering!

Thanks for your feedback!

We tried a few different LED configurations for the signature light. None of which stood up against the design we landed on in terms of brightness. Wasn't even close actually. So, in the interest of providing a design that would be just as bright during the day as it is at night, we went with that.

Adding my experience here for folks who may go the same route. I have a ‘21 Sport S that originally came with halogens. I eventually did a bulb swap in order to try LED bulbs. I used a Jscan to switch the truck system to LED and had no issues. I recently broke a rear tail lamp so I picked up some Oracle Flush tail lights. I installed them without the resistor and they work perfectly. Time will tell if they last, but for now I’m happy with them.

Sounds like with this new *updated* harness at least for LED guys this hyper flash issue seems to have been resolved? I just started looking around for some aftermarket tail lights. I really like the design of these lights.
I can confirm the new harness works. Was having the hyper flash problem with my factory led JTRD even with the tazer. Harness fixed it completely.

Picked up a set of these tail lights this weekend and installed last night. Halogen OEM to the Oracles, used the resistor and no issues. No need to adjust the computer with JScan, installed in about 20 min.
Really can't say enough about the clean, sharp look compared to the OEM lights.

I just installed these on my Gladiator that had LEDs factory. Both tail lights work (still shows that they're out on the dash) but now my front passenger side turn signal/DRL does not work. I can see very faint light when I put the blinker on, but otherwise nothing. Not sure how this could have happened.

I took the oracles out and put the OEM back in and the front turn signal is still not working.

Anyone have an idea of what this could be? Tazer should be coming shortly to try to fix the warning at least.

Do these tail lights now ship with the harness that fixes erratic behavior on factory LED equipped vehicles?
@ORACLElights I just installed mine today and am getting the turn signal out error with hyper flashing on the dash. Jeep came with factory LED. How do I get the upgraded harness?
I just received mine on Sept 20th ish 2022 and I get the same error. So to answer your question NO THEY HAVE NOT FIXED IT YET! Please Help. LOL

Edit: Oracle sent me the fix very quickly and now they work great I have not had any problems with them since I installed the "harness kit" (Basically it looks like wire extensions) it's been about a month now. FYI

2020 Rubicon Gladiator w OEM LED & I already have a Tazer Mini in my Gladiator.

I installed the Oracle Taillights early Jan 2023.

Right after install, at engine startup the dash would flash something like "Turn Signal Lights Out". Plus when using the turn signals, they would hyperflash on the dash (but normal flash outside the vehicle)

I tried multiple times (on different days) to switch back & forth "LED ON & OFF" with a 1 minute sleep cycle in between. No change to those alerts or the hyperflash. None!

Someone somewhere said try a 5 MINUTE sleep cycles when resetting LED to HALOGEN to LED.
BAZINGA!
THE 5 MINUTE CYCLES FIXED THE PROBLEM.

Thank you for that tip!

The manual says to perform a few 5 minute sleep cycles and then run signals for 20 seconds to clear up errors.

So is this actually working consistently for OEM LED lights if you have a tazer? Or is it hit or miss…

It works consistently with OEM and most other aftermarket led lights with a Tazer or JSCAN. The Oracle Led lights are what's hit or miss if they are gonna work or not, It has nothing to do with the Tazer or JSCAN.
