Appreciate the constructive feedback :) Yes, a resistor would show additional resistance (load) to the vehicle but the issue is there is already too much load because the draw and threshold for the LED lights is already so low. Showing more load would actually exasperate this issue but we are looking at other solutions.
We started shipping more today, about 200x going out!

:)
@ORACLElights i have the new LEDs installed and they were working. The left/right blinkers are not wotking and getting an error message. The hazards still work. I do have JSCAN and belive all is set correctly.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Everyone!

At the moment, we have a confirmed working solution we'd like to offer those of you who:
  • Have a Halogen equipped Jeep
  • Have the Flush Mount Tail-Lights installed
  • Are experiencing the Reverse Light strobing or shutting down
This solution involves tapping in a small resistor to the reverse light wires on each tail-light. The wires are pictured here:

Jeep Gladiator Flush Mount Tail Lights Rev

We will be happy to ship the parts needed to do this for anyone who has already installed the tail-lights and are experiencing this issue. Anyone who has not yet received the tail-lights, please install them first and confirm the issue occurs before requesting these parts, as it does not occur on every Jeep.

To request these parts, simply complete this form: https://forms.gle/amY935MWuiuGp7Gv8

Once this form is filled out, one of our customer support reps will get the parts shipped to you right away.

NOTE: Currently, this solution only applies to users with Factory Halogen Equipped Jeeps. We are still working on a non-programmer solution for signal out error for Factory LED Equipped Jeeps.

Complete this form to get on the waiting list for that:

Was just wondering does this void any warranties?

No, sir. Nothing we instruct you to modify on our product will ever void the warranty.

Hopefully making sure they have the new resistor on them as well as supplies for those of us with lights already.
I can confirm the “fix” was not included on the newest shipment (at least mine anyways). Received mine a few days ago and installed this evening. Everything works great except the backup lights only stay on for 2-4 seconds and then shut off, usually the right one first. I have a ‘21 Mojave with factory halogens for reference.

Swapped my flush lights from the Sport S I had to the Mojave I replaced it with and the flickering reverse lights appears to have gone away at least for now. Will have to see if it stays away.

I received my tail lights today, and here is my rundown with everything. These went on a 2020 Gladiator Sport with the halogen tails.

I didn't use the resistors as I already had a Tazer. Both went on and fit really well, considering some of the fitments I've seen on here, and before testing I went ahead and programmed the tails through the Tazer. I performed 2 hard boots on the Tazer and had no turn signal errors, and the reverse lights worked fine as well.

For comparison, a friend of mine also received his today. He also had the halogen tails, but he kept the resistors on, and did no programming through his Tazer, and he had no issues with his turn signals but his reverse lights didn't work. He programmed the tails, kept the resistors connected, and the reverse lights worked fine.

Just a couple different configurations and scenarios, but both sets seem to be working fine.

Actually, after a few cycles they seem to be working fine now. I didn’t make any adjustments at all including my JScan. Fit seems better then what’s been posted but maybe that’s because those individuals didn’t install right. Very pleased. Thanks.

Video of me cycling through reverse a handful of times to make sure they’re working properly…..

Well I cancelled my order. Couldn't want anymore as the delivery estimate was blown. Also don't want to mess with potential issues. Thanks to the Oracle customer service team for doing their jobs very well. This will probably leave scars on them.
Seeing JDMRN81's video those lights are barely visible when on the brakes, yikes

They might not look bright looking at the video, but it adds a lot of visibility on the reverse camera.
