After much debate I pulled the trigger today on a Gator Max Tow Sport S. I’m shocked how much nicer this drives than previous JK’s. Let the mod’s begin.

Well 24 hrs in & scored with the Craigslist god’s. Rubicon takeoff wheels, m/t tires, rock rails & takeoff suspension.

We did a little exploring today. It still amazes me how much the color changes in different lighting.

looks gray in the first photo and a very brownish green on the 2nd. Can't wait to own one!

Added 35's!

35x12.5x17 Yokohama Geolandar X-ATs on the stock wheels. Love them so far!

Jeep is stock height for now, plan on adding the 1.5" Teraflex leveling kit and the 0.75 Daystar rear spacer lift soon for a bit more clearance.

Looks great! Keep us post on the lift. Pretty close to what I was thinking. I was thinking 35s and potentially a 1" spacer lift, front and back, if that's possible. I still want to keep some rake, as I plan to tow a little and will load down the bed from time to time.

Thanks! Hoping the lift can happen in the next few months...still looking at options. Skyjacker has a 2.5" front/1" rear kit that seems interesting too.

At the moment I think I like the teraflex for the front I think bc it allows for 1" or 1.5" which I think is a good amount and then maybe the Skyjacker 1" for the rear.

You might want to look at the ReadyLift SST 2.5" lift ad well, it allows 2.5" in front and 2" in the rear. That's what I'm running and I love it. Just enough lift in the rear so you can tow without the sagging. I was at $801 out the door with a alignment at my local shop.

Can you tell me what size tires are on in these photos? This is with a 2.5/2 lift right?

Yes 2.5" ReadyLift SST lift kit. Comes with 2.5" pucks for the front and 2" pucks for the rear. I'm running stock Steelie Wheels with 315 70 17 BFG KO2 tires and 1.75" wheel spacers.

If you have been on the fence about putting a few inches under your JT, check out the link below for my install and unbiased review of what I call, The “Ultimate” MOPAR suspension system adding 2 3/4” to your JT. My research paid off. I’m driving a cloud and it tracks like it’s on a set of rails!! It could be exactly what some of y’all are looking for.

Funny enough, I watched your video earlier this week. I thought maybe you were an engineering major at TA&M.haha
