i meant where are you getting the "D1" status etc?
this lookup and the emails are the only places i know to get information.
Call your salesman. That’s what he gets paid to do! Mine has called me at least once a week since I’ve ordered to update me on any status changes.

From your dealer. They can look it up in the order system. Also, you can check with Jeep Cares Chat, although they do not provide status codes (I.e. D1) anymore, but will give an overall status on where your order is in process.

Yes, Jeep Chat will provide status codes. I've been following mine for the last week or so through them. I had to ask for it though. One girl didn't know what I was talking about. Probably all depends on who answers the phone.

Jeep Chat said my build is out for "Added Options" and close to being ready for shipping. I'm assuming the spray in bed liner and other options I selected.

No status code was given.

I just received my updated email from Jeep Wave Customer Care: (My order is a '21 JTR Diesel).
Production of the 2021 Jeep Gladiator did begin earlier this week. We will be phasing in various ordering options as production progresses. At this time, we do not have an estimated arrival date for your vehicle. However, you should begin seeing movement on your 2021 Jeep Gladiator in the near future. Please stay in contact with your dealer for any updates as your order progresses.

I ordered a 2021 JTR diesel as well and received the same email a bit ago. Did not share any new date info.

got my updated email today. original email stated week of 8/30; new email states week of 9/18. they said everything else in the email was correct. i also called the dealership and was told it was sent to Body on monday. so.... i guess we're getting close. :)

Btw, the tracker may say not found when searching by VIN but for me it was there when I click on the build sheet button. Confusing for sure but good to see it nonetheless. Hopefully, it's already in build.

Look at the first post in this thread for the tracker. Also, you can check regularly with your dealer and/or Jeep Cares Chat.

I searched by VIN and and clicked on "NONE" under build and my Build sheet popped up. Thanks for the info!
