Really? That would be great. Based on all the options I have I wouldn't be surprised if it's a multi-day build though.

I got my build sheet once it was completely built.

Checked in with Jeep chat trying to get an estimated ship date and this is what I got:. Your Gladiator has completed the initial build and is pending installation of additional equipment. Once all the build and inspections are completed and it begins to ship to the dealer a delivery estimate will be assigned.

I am excited!!!

Sounds like they are pumping them out. I ordered 12/18, today got this message and saw the build sheet was found.
your vehicle has been built and is pending installation of additional equipment. This is a necessary step when additional features or optional equipment packages are added to the vehicle. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided. At this time we can suggest checking back later on in the week for an update on your order.

Email received on Jan 22 that Jt will arrive week of 1/26, Rene Emailed ready for pick up on 1/24. Only 45 days for delivery once! Local dealers in Houston were telling 4-6 months. I'm glad I went with Gupton. Picking up next week after lift installed.

What is so special about Gupton? How do they get deliveries faster than everyone else?

My theory is that they have high volume and close proximity to the factory, making it easier/faster to create full loads, with less stops on the way.

I base that theory on this post, which explains that they batch shipments to insure whatever transport method being used, is a full load. It also explains that every stop/switch along the path can add days, if not weeks to delivery.

I almost ordered from them because I noticed the same thing you did. However, going out-of-state came with other hassles that I didn't want to deal with. I'm kind of wishing I had though. My dealer just told me that my truck has to take 2 trains and an truck to arrive in their lot. He expects it will take another 3-4 weeks.

Ordered Jan 11th, estimated ship date Feb 9th. Expected arrival last week in Feb.

No Idea how but I'm getting it cheaper and faster that I could here in Texas.

I think it has been said that orders that are within 250-300 miles get trucked. All the rest have to wait on trains and possible numerous stops and transfer points which eats up a lot of time. Gupton also sells a ton of these and can probably fill up a load faster than most. Certain areas may have to wait for a load to fill up before shipping can proceed causing more delay. Just my thoughts anyway.
