Wow, Jeep chat is dead wrong there. If it's about to start production, it could be another month-ish to get to your dealer.
I'm starting to suspect the delivery dates, production dates, and ship dates people get from their dealerships and the Jeep chat are all the same dates. They're just labeling them differently. I particularly expect this because not once have I seen somebody get multiple dates from the same person. ie "Build date of 5/12 and estimated ship date of 5/16"

It would certainly make sense to me that the build date and finish date would be very close or the same. Then shipping is highly variable, nobody knows what date a vehicle is going to get delivered to the dealership until it's on a truck and going down the road.

Maybe the new Stellantis tracking system will link us directly into the trucker's bluetooth earpiece

I actually saw my sale’s team’s screen and read “ship date” on the screen they were on. Now, there may well be multiple inquiry screens with multiple date parameters. My ship date was 5/17 and based on what I was last told, it is the date that it is planned to first hit the shipper. Any number of issues could happen which could delay that or the unit ultimately hitting the dealer lot. So, i really try to stay detached from the idea of this any bit too much.

Super nice! I was debating getting the manual myself. Only thing that for sure made me not get it was watching Eddie, his YT Channel is Waya Life, have issues offroading it.

Saved me 2 grand, I guess we’ll see if it was worth it or not. I actually miss driving stick, but I do agree with you about the off-roading part being more difficult for sure.

buildsheet now found on cryptsticers…. ??
Just a reminder for anyone desperately refreshing cryptostickers...

If they say it happened, that definitely means it happened. BUT, if they don't say it happened, they may or may not be right. They pull their information from a database that is manually maintained, so just because crypto doesn't have it doesn't mean it didn't happen, just means it wasn't documented yet. There are occasional stories here and there of trucks with no build sheets or window stickers on cryptostickers showing up at the dealer.

Yeah, I totally get that. I was just excited because it meant that something “definitely” happened! ?

As I understand it, "Ship Date" is the date they expect assembly to be finished & the vehicle is transferred over to the shipping system.

Congrats man! I ordered April 25th from Gupton as well, no update yet. Were you contacted by jeep or your dealer?
I haven’t been contacted by anyone, I called my dealer yesterday to get the VIN and check on it.

Very similar to the discussion I had with jeep chat last night. I ordered 4/12.
