Looking at a set of Goodyear Territory MT 315/70/17 for my ‘23 Rubicon. Anyone have any experience with this tire. Specifically wear/lifespan.

I was considering a set cus they are decently priced for when my 33s go. But my buddy that works at discount have a running joke for em. Good Year, cus they're only good for a year.

I have them in that size, I have about 4000 miles on them now so can't really comment on wear. I had them out on trails this past weekend (Gruber OHV park) and they performed great. I don't think they are a true mud tire but they still shed the mud better than my wife's wildpeaks and the ko2:s they are also reasonably quiet.

I've had several sets of Goodyear tires and they have all wore exceptionally well. It's one of the reasons I keep buying them.

Currently I have Goodyear Ultraterrains with a little over 40k miles on them. They are maybe half worn.

I've never had an issue with em. But my buddy said to avoid the ones mentioned, as they are for the Bronco sasquatch package and aren't made like other good years. apparently countless bronco owners swapping immediately after purchase or after getting really bad wear in the first 15k. granted may be a shit alignment issue. but he said its the most tossed in garbage tire they have from oem right now. at least at the shops he works with.

I heard the same thing.
I also heard that the BFG KO2 that is stock on JL Rubicons and 392's are not built to the same specifications as the ones you would buy from a tire store. Who knows.

I would not buy the ones on the Bronco. They wear quickly, are not true MTs, and they pick up Every. Single. Rock. On the road. I have never had MT or AT that is as bad. I have rock chips all over the Bronco even with mud flaps.

I gotcha, you meant that tire specifically. Not sure why I thought you meant all Goodyears.

I haven't used Territory MTs.

Shoot me a DM if you go with the Goodyears. I work for the blimp company and can send you a 20% off code. FWIW, i have 35" duratracs with almost 20k miles, ride great, handle snow and perfect wear. Do the chalk test when you get your tires installed and inflate accordingly. For vainity (and my generous associate discount), I'm going to put on 37" Goodyear Boulder MT in a few months.

So, the wife's bronco Sasquatch come with the Goodyear Territory MT in 35's. WE bought the Bronco in November of 2021. I just put a new set of them back on last week. We got 51000 miles out of these and they probably still had about 5-7000 miles left on them. I actually kept the best one for the spare.

Thinking about getting a set of 37's for my gladiator if they are available.

I have them. 5,000 miles so far. The ride is great. In the rain they are they are great as well. Even wear pattern if you can call it that as they don't have appear to have any wear ! Only negative is they do pick up rocks worse that the Wild Peak AT3. True height is 34 installed on the Gladiator which is what I wanted. Great value for the price.
