when you give him your deposit, is your price locked in or are you subject to price increases while its being built?
Once deposit is made and order placed your priced is locked and protected at Gupton.

I have been working with Walter also. Good to hear others are as well.
From Gupton

Please note: Price increases happen quickly and without notice. The price quoted is good for today only. Sold order protection guarantees that your price will not increase between the time it is actually ordered and the delivery date. But, Gupton Motors cannot be held responsible for sudden price increases that happen before the deposit is secured and the vehicle is actually ordered.

I just got a quote on a Mojave and it looks to be about 3.38% below invoice. Is the 6-8% below invoice dependent on model chosen? I used Edmunds to get the invoice and the MSRP matched when I built it there. I have an affiliate number so I was expecting 7% below invoice. What if anything has changed?

I see now what changed. Stellantis pricing! Wow, almost every option price has increased since the Jeep build and price was last updated. Seems to change daily. Crap!
So the quote I received was indeed the 7% below invoice just to be clear. Rather than delete my post I’ll leave it up in case anyone else had this conflict of numbers.

Yeah, those prices are creeping up. One of the reasons I'll be leasing.

Just placed my order with Renee and Daniel! So Excited! 2022 Hydro Blue Rubicon. Now the wait begins...
I ordered a white rubicon eco diesel Tuesday. they did pretty good that day. Perhaps our Ruby’s will share a truck ride together.

Affiliate number is 7% below MSRP or 1% below invoice

Yes but affiliate number plus the already offered 6% discount that this thread is talking about is 7% below invoice. I’m not adding the extra 1% for dealer financing.

I got screwed!
Seems to be some confusion on here. Placed my order end of Nov and just picked up my Gladiator from Gupton last week. Here’s current the Gupton deal:

- Gupton’s flat discount is 5% below invoice
- an additional 1% is possible if you use dealer financing
- yet another 1% is possible for if you have affiliate pricing (like Tread Lightly, use the search to find more info on that)

Your total discount below dealer invoice will be 5%, 6% or 7% depending on if you qualify for those last two discounts. That roughly equates to 10%-12% below msrp. Any factory incentives for your zip code at the time you pick it up will also apply on top of the the above discounts.

After discount they’ll add in Jeep’s $1595 destination charge (no escaping that) a $500 documentation fee, and $14.50 for a 1 day TN registration fee. You’ll be required to pay the appropriate tax and registration fees for your home state… I chose to roll my state’s sales tax into my financing and will have to pay out of pocket for my state registration once I get my paperwork in the mail. So all of those things combined make up the total “out the door cost” of your Jeep. That and any travel costs to get to and from Gupton if you aren’t local.

Once you are ready to place your order, you’ll pay a non refundable $1000 deposit (which goes towards your down payment on the car upon delivery).

Note: As of right now the Jeep.com “build and price”web page hasn’t been updated with correct prices after a significant price increase that took effect in January. Currently the only way to accurately calculate the Invoice and MSRP price is use the latest version of the 2022 model year order guide, which can be found here: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...adiator-jt-order-guide-updated-monthly.49791/

This was exactly my experience. The price I paid was exactly what Daniel quoted me when I sent him my order sheet. He included all of the fees and such and asterisked for me that it assumed I had both TL and financed with them.

Their financing was extremely competitive, too. I did not qualify for anything from FCA because those rates won't let you apply more than 10K to the principal. Over the life of the loan the lowest rate I had to compare to would have only saved me a net of about $500 and that was kinda a wash due to the hassle it would have involved. I am still very happy with the whole Gupton experience.

Congrats! Awesome that Gobi is available now.
Wow, that is freakin awesome. Gives hope for Gator's return at some point. Or Punk'n.

I love how Jeep cycles through their colors. Gobi is one of the best IMO ?
