About 2 months and 4500 miles. Went with diesel option, and I was worried about buyer's remorse due to the added cost but day to day driving is so much nicer IMO and extra torque on the trails is great. Zero regrets, love this thing.

I have to say, overall, no. As a first time Jeep owner we are really disappointed. We are disappointed in the lack of effort and proactiveness on Jeeps part to fix problems. This vehicle was close to $60,000 and has just been one headache after another. From steering, to an unsolvable CEL to a window leak. The dealer is subpar in customer service. Overall the Jeep experience has been a complete let down. We will never purchase another Jeep - and unfortunately we will go as far as warn others to stay away from their product as well. I’m in my 50s and I’ve owned many many vehicles, many that have made zero impression, good or bad. They’ve served their purpose and outlasted their use. This Jeep has 18,000 miles on it and it’s been to the service department 5 times!!!!! Unacceptable. It would be one thing if jeep was taking the initiative to solve these issues but they aren’t. The customer is constantly inconvenienced with a lack of follow up and communication. Not having a fix for these nationwide issues is nonsense. Jeep is going to get their free advertisement that I purchased along with this vehicle.

Well 5 months 6200 miles I Love IT. I have had 1 issue listed below.

My only complaint is or was the blue tooth mic. Jeep knows there is a problem but has left it to the owners to figure out or do without. They did not put noise cancelling mics in the Gladiator.

Which is ridiculous since its one of the nosiest vehicles on the road. I changed mine to 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Noise canceling mic's and it has improved 95% to the point I can actually use my phone thru the 8.4 U connect and the person on the other side of the conversation can hear me.

I did not deal with a dealer. I mentioned it to two dealers but they advised they had not heard anything and it was going to be a pain to leave my vehicle. Others have posted that their mics and even stereos were replaced and the problem was still there. IT NEEDS NOISE CANCELLING MIC'S

Jeep Cares has advised on that mic thread and contacted me directly so will see what happens.

That is one sharp rig buddy! Crazy fun truck. It’s like owning a Transformer you can actually control what it looks like ?.
Right on! And thanks. It's coming along.

Leaks? In a removable-top Jeep? The drain plugs are there for a reason.

500 miles in 2 weeks. Actually drove with my wife just to drive with top down on a nice day. Something that I missed since my last Wrangler got an electrical gremlin about 3 years ago. 0 regrets. Paid extra for 10 year/100k bumper to bumper warranty because I plan on keeping my Gladiator for a long time.

This is the first new vehicle that I have ever owned, and I have been driving since 1990. First time that I felt that a vehicle so perfect for my needs/wants was made for me to be willing to take that 15% depreciation loss as I left the dealership. I wanted a Gladiator bad back in 2020, but they were all $15k over invoice. Glad I waited & got one loaded with what I wanted for $43k instead of the $60+k they were selling for last year.

Yep the dealer can make all the difference in the world and if it is the dealer you bought a $60k vehicle from you'd think they'd be on it. We've had 5 Jeeps with almost no issues and when we have had repairs they've been pretty painless. The most expensive one was $32k... until this Gladiator thing!

I have had 2 JTRs. First one from July '19 to Sept '20 and the current one from then to now. Total of about 40K miles. I also have a heavily mod'd JK...the JT is the best Jeep ever made and the best one I've ever owned. So yeah, love it.
