I see 0% financing a lot - but usually it means no discounts whatsoever. My cousin just got a 2018 Silverado 1500, and they had a 0% financing offer. But at MSRP. After doing the math he took a loan with interest, but he was able to qualify for like $10k in discounts. That option saved him a good chunk of cash, over taking the 0% loan.

The lowest interest I've ever had was 0.9% on my 2014 Ford Transit Connect. They were only offering that on 24 and 36 month financing...

The point is, and someone said this already, you need to do your homework on financing before you get to the dealership. Meaning that you know, before you even walk in, if you will be using their financing (probably not) or you're own that you already secured before walking in.
When my brother bought his ZR2 a few months back he got 0% and got like 8k off the sticker. But that was because the 2019s starting showing up and they wanted to clear out the 2018s

I could buy it outright but that would involve selling some stocks, which I’m not going to do. I’ll probably put the value of my trade and $5000 down along with financing.

If the economy is slowing a bit, then we’ll see finance rates start to dip. Last summer I got 2.9% financing for my JL. Right now the best I’m seeing is 3.99% for 60mo or more. Home lending rates have started to decline so I’m hoping auto rates start doing that by the end of the year.c

With how much the truck costs, an almost fully loaded Sport S is going to run me just over 50,000. A Rubicon model similarly optioned is 56’ish. My calculations of 5% sales tax, 5% APR not much to go off of here other than chrysler’s Wrangler rate), and 60 months with 25,000 down should keep it close to 500/month for the Sport S or 640 for the Rubicon. I don’t feel like the jump for the Rubi will be worth it to me, unless I feel like waiting to save up an additional 5K for the down payment.

I think March was GM truck month.... 5-15K off most trucks.....crazy....I sat in a couple Sliverados while waiting for my Vette to be aligned.... $30k on sale was a heck of a truck but for starters the seats were hard as a rock
