You'll get a million answers here, but here's the ones I've used for a number of years on both my former TRDPro and now my JTR. It's great in the rain and snow/ice, lasts many miles and is quiet: Goodyear Wrangler Ultraterrain 35X12.50 R17, only sold through Discount Tire. I found them to be better in rain and snow than Goodrich TA KOs, but many will disagree. My Falken Wildpeak AT tires are at 45k miles and have grown louder, to a point I’m not appreciating them—neither is the wife. I drive 98% on pavement, long drives. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good highway tire that is quiet and has good wet traction in a 33 or 35 for my 17x8.5 wheels?
