I'm a bit disheartened by this whole process. I got the early order (April 3rd email), and got my request sent in when the site went live.

A "concierge" called me about 9AM on the 4th trying to send me to a dealer close to me. I requested another dealer, they said they would get on it, and NOBODY called me back after that.

My order status went to BX-Good Order Available for Scheduling.

what abut tires (all-terrain or mud)? I didn't have the option to pick that either. Wonder if we can at some point...

I just chatted with Customer Care and she didn't even see my order in the system... even though she said it may tae a few days. HOLY COW that makes me nervous!!! Some of you already have a BX status

I just got a call from my local dealer, who put me on their Gladiator waiting list months ago. He "claims" Jeep is still taking orders for the LE, and they're producing 15,000 units. I told him I thought it was only 4,190 units, and the Jeep sweepstakes page already posted a video saying LEs were sold out. He said I was wrong... Either way, I'm waiting for regular orders up open up.

There could be some truth to this.
Any dealer can still go in and place order for the LE. They could put any name they want under the special order and then just say the customer backed out.

Maybe Jeep is actually trying to verify and ensure these are sold to actual customers that are interested in buying them. I think it will be better marking for Jeep if customers are driving around in the LE gladiators rather than dealers trying to get over retail.

That's why they put 1 of 4190 on all of the LEs. So nobody could tell how many were sold over the 4190 number. HAHAHA!!!

There could be 4190 in each market. The UK could be getting an LE also.

My saleman's FCA rep told him they are reviewing to weed out the "BS" orders. He said they are going to call him to validate the order as well as to get the buyer's order that I signed. He already sent my buyers order to the rep to send it up the chain.

Yesterday I had a similar experience all the way up until I was patched through to the dealer. It went a different direction when he said the LE will by $5,000 over MSRP - playing up the limited number. I haven't read every post here, but I haven't seen anyone with that experience yet. The dealer is only in Eugene, OR, it's not Silicon Valley or something. Anything above MSRP is a non-starter for me. We'll see if I hear back. Otherwise I'll look elsewhere (whether it be the LE or another build).

Call Kent @ Peterson in Boise ID. Not too far away for you (I'm registering at my house in Waldport OR). 5% under invoice with T/L. No one in OR, WA, or CA could come close to that.
