I can probably call a random dealer and just ask a parts guy what part number the fluid is.
Do you really want to trust what the 'parts guy' says?

Your Owner's Manual states what fluid to use. I posted the page from the Mopar catalog showing the fluid. That's all you need to know.

You may find it useful.

The Jeep procedure includes some steps that are not in the FCP video. I think it is just to make sure that there is no air in the system. See highlighted steps below.

Gotcha. I thought you were looking for the parts guy to tell you the correct fluid part number.

Nothing wrong with trying to get a good price on the Mopar fluid. IMO, using the genuine Mopar fluid is the way to go. That way there is no debate abouth whether or not the fluid is correct.
