I don't see this overpaid idiot turning around anything.
He thinks that adding incentives will solve his problems. He completely ignores the fact that Jeep has shown utter indifference towards ongoing quality issues for years, and Jeep dealers are just terrible in terms of competence and customer service.
Stellantis lives in a bubble: executives' main concern has been, and remains, maximizing profits for investors, that is it; quality and customer service are afterthoughts. Things will only change the day they wake up from their stupor.
