UPDATE: CLARIFICATION POSTED BY JEEP CARES

We wanted to take this opportunity to clear up any confusion regarding the email that many of you received about the discontinuation of the Savings Network portion of your Jeep Wave membership. The remainder of your membership benefits (i.e. oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) are not affected by this change. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via private message.

So received this notification to my inbox this afternoon. It’s kind of vague and not sure if they are no longer honoring the 4 complimentary oil changes and tire rotations.
Other members must have received this and was wondering if anyone has more details?
I normally do my own oil changes anyway, especially on my Jeeps as it’s about the easiest change I’ve ever done, but you can’t beat free.
Guess FCA is cutting back wherever they can due to the pandemic.

I came on here to find out the same thing. I couldn't even get on the website today. What's up with this?

So I did a little searching on this and this is what I found, looks like the oil changes and rotations are going to remain, I could be wrong on that though. Read below and see how you interpret it:

(Copied from the Jeep Wave Website, Summarized copy below)

The Jeep® Wave Savings Network (The Program) is offered to certain Jeep® Wave customers, including you, at the sole discretion of Jeep® Wave. Subject to these terms and conditions, you will receive savings discounts ("savings dollars") to be used towards the purchase of goods or services from participating merchants in the Jeep® Wave Savings Network through the Jeep® Wave member page. The Program will be terminated on June 30, 2020. All Savings Dollars must be used by June 30, 2020. All Program offers, including the participating merchants, are subject to availability and may change without notice. You may access continuously updated Terms and Conditions of the Jeep® Wave Savings Network Program by selecting the "Terms and Conditions" on your Jeep® Wave member page.

An online account ("Program Account") will be set up to record your activity in the Program, including an initial deposit $500 in savings dollars upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Jeep® Wave program. These savings dollars will be deposited in your Program Account directly by Jeep® Wave.

The savings dollars have no cash value, and may not be assigned, transferred and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in savings dollars. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in the Program.

ACCUMULATING SAVINGS DOLLARS
You will receive an initial deposit of $500 in savings dollars directly from Jeep® Wave upon activation of your account. Any additional methods for accumulating savings dollars will be identified to Program participants.

USING YOUR SAVINGS DOLLARS
You may use your savings dollars to save on purchases from participating merchants only by accessing the Savings Network through the "Shop Now" button on the Jeep® Wave member's page. Savings dollars may only be used to pay for a portion of the total charges at each participating merchant. The entire remaining balance of charges for any goods and services, including any related taxes, shipping charges and/or applicable fees, from a participating merchant must be charged at the time of transaction to a credit card. Please click on the "Shop Now" button under the Savings Network headline of the Jeep® Wave member page for the current pricing of goods and services and the amount of savings dollars that can be used to purchase them at participating merchants. Upon confirmation and full payment, the amount of savings dollars you have used will be subtracted from your Program Account.

I just got an email this weekend to sign up. Once I did, I got the notice saying I have the free oil changes and rotations and to contact my local dealership when ready. I don't know anything about these "savings dollars".

So it’s not really $500 of credit, it’s $500 worth of discounts across the accessories line?

Yeah... didn't even know it existed until the email earlier saying it was going away.
Same here had no clue about the $500 in discounts which in essence are just coupons towards merchandise(not parts).
It does appear I still have my 4 oil changes and tire rotations which was my main concern/question.

That’s the $500 in “savings” you get to use toward rediculously overpriced Mopar stuff. Oil changes should still be valid.

Hendricks told me the oil changes and tire rotation would still be honored. I got the same email.

Yeah, I wasn’t even aware of the soon to be discontinued savings program. Looking at it. It doesn’t seem like we are losing much, especially in the world of COVID19 when you can’t travel or eat out.

Guessing I’m not a part of the Jeep wave. No email from them. I thought I was though. Oh well...

Meh, not really a loss when 99% of us either never knew it existed or was not of any value when better discounts were to be had by other means.
