40's mean that I don't fit in my garage anymore, and I don't want to give that up yet...so I'll be keeping my 37's.

Maybe just a bit more lift...

If you buy a boat to leave in the garage it would make you feel better about parking the glady outside! ?

Jeep Gladiator Let's see your 40" Tires! 70061773442__DD1BEA7C-8960-4E76-9E4C-955935C960A2

37s on 3.73s is perfect for daily driving, just gotta have the right engine ??

I have a buddy slightly less lift but he’s on 40s in a rubicon. Our beds are 1” apart in terms of height. He can’t flex as much as I do and he gets 10mpg less than me. That’s enough reason for me to keep my setup where it’s at.

37s and 23mpg is perfect ??

Man these trucks really eat up a tire! 37" look normal and 33" look tiny.

The only other trucks that do this are the Ford Alumiduties. They look like skates on anything smaller than a 35.

40s look awesome. but too much of a compromise in power for my gasser. I'll stick with 37s. They do everything I need and I can still have a spare under the bed. Though I'm always tempted by 40s whenever I see them lol.

Project will be somewhat done this next week. Tying up loose ends as I’m on a work trip so the remaining pieces should be home by the time I get home. This phase was:

Nitto 40x13.50r17 TrailGraps on a cheap 17” wheel
RK 4.5” lift kit with their shocks
Dynatrac XD60s 72.5” wide with 5.13s and e lockers
AntiRock rear sway bar
J.E. Reel driveshafts
Empty wallet…

I echo Camaroboil3 in saying my previous 37” KM3s and the ecodiesel put up 21-23ish around town easily. Love the ecodiesel. I’m afraid 5.13 may be too deep for 40s, but already warned the wife I’ll just it 42s on if I need to de-gear it haha.

Been saving for a long time. Been over a decade since I have been dreaming of this. Can’t wait for EJS and the Rubicon next year with my father and boy.
