I wish I had never done this. Terribly herky-jerky ride. Install was done by an authorized Magnuson dealer. Brought it back, they claim they got the updated tune for it and it was all good.
It's not.
Brought it back, and they basically shrugged it off like "oh well" not our problem. No one else will even touch it and getting an appointment is nearly impossible.
It seems standing by your work these days is a thing of the past. This jeep (Between people trying to steal it and vandalize it has been the biggest f'ng headache of any car i've owned. It is constantly in the shop for every damn thing and it is gone for a month at a time each time. Drove by the one shop and my jeep was just sitting in their yard for weeks. Total f'n joke.
Line X took SEVEN WEEKS to complete the spray on it. After my patience wore out I voiced my displeasure (politely) and was met with complete indifference after dropping $8500 on the spray job. I just don't get it. You'd think these people would cater to owners who can afford to drop $130k on a JT but that is clearly not the case. Guess I am venting here.
If anyone knows of a reputable JEEP shop in the Tampa Bay area, i'm all ears. It is funny how terribly they treat customers in times of plenty and even funnier when the economy tanks and they put out those warm/fuzzy commercials with their kids in them.
