100 days from order. As said, wait was unending during the period, but at first glance it goes away. To have your build, as you imagined it, right before you. Went by after work to check it out. I was punching myself to make sure it was real.

Hang in there, boys and girls, it really is worth the wait (maybe not worth the frustration some of y'all are having, but hope it ends up being worth it). I just took delivery yesterday (8/12), ordeed on 5/9. Haven't owned a manual in years, but the clutch is smooth and the ride is mighty fine. And the truck just looks amazing...I mean, the stock wheels on the Overland need to be upgraded but am not even worrying about that now. Hope everyone gets theirs soon!

I sign on and read this thread Everytime hoping one of you folks gets the surprise you're waiting for. When somebody does get one, I actually feel happy. Crazy. Well just know other people out there give a shit and will be happy for you when the day comes. Don't fuckin quit. There is no satisfaction there either. We're with you. Hey here's a pic

yee haaa is right. That manual is the only thing keeping me hanging on. It just isn't out there elsewhere.

If this was a battle of automatics, I'd have already flown the proverbial coop.

That was nearly me once upon a 94 S10. I'd banged around in yard trucks with manuals, but never actually drove one full time. So I went out and bought a brand new one. The ride home was a learning experience! I managed to get away from the dealer without undue humiliation, but oh man after that...

Couple days later I had it down pat and I loved it and still do.

I learned how to drive stick around the farm as well, I really got the hang of it driving my ex wife's mustang lol only good thing I got out of that experience....... :-P

GCM Sport S, of course with manual. Ordered 7/8, D status 7/9, D1 status 7/16 with an estimated build date of 8/1. Checked last Thursday and still in D1 status. Driving a cheap automatic '01 Explorer Sport in the meantime as I sold off my 5-spd manual V10 Super Duty to help fund the Gladiator purchase. Itching to get back to a manual again.

I had a manual s10. Awesome truck. One wheel drive lmao. Went places lots of folks couldn't. 6cyl, long throw. Forgot it until your comment!
