Rubi Steal takoff is already out of your budget then. Those things require a winch plate which seem to be 2-400 themselves.

Where do the remote reservoirs sit on the mojavi? has anybody compared the stock bumper on it to the stock one on a regular JT/JL?

I have the Rugged Ridge Arcus that seems to fit your budget and needs for the most part. Happy to take pictures of anythign you need to see if it will fit yours.
Do you flat tow as well? I am looking at the Rugged Ridge Arcus or a Rock Hard stubby. I like how you can connect tow bars directly to the Rock Hard.

Any pics you can share would be great.

Which base plate?
Blue Ox base plate, with the Ready Brute tow bar...:great system....no extra electric braking system required, and I can get it hooked up and running in 10min....including installation all in at $3500.

I am in the process of mounting a Venator bumper on my Mojave. The Skid plate mounts that the reservoirs attach to are going to be the issue for this bumper.

*** Update ** after sleeping on it last night, and staring at the brackets all day on my desk while I was working, I found a cleaner (somewhat) solution, plus no welding is needed so most can do it this way as long as you have even the cheap hand grinder from Harbor freight. I ended up notching the factory brackets to fit around the lower winch support bar instead of chopping and welding the two sets of brackets. This allows me to attach them both with all the holes they are designed with and not have to worry about stich welding the brackets. I also had to remove most of the nutsert heads (the inside edge of both frame horns) to allow the new bumper brackets and the winch support bracket to mount (it is designed for the sport I think that won't have the nutserts). I then put the factory skid brackets on top of the bar and bolted it all to the truck. Will get some pictures in the daylight tomorrow. I need to find something without chopping the factory skid plate now to protect the reservoirs, and I think it will be completed. I have updated this post with a copy of the template I made off of one of the brackets showing the area I notched to fit the bracket around the bumper support bar.

How is the license plate secured on your bumper? I can't tell from the pic. I have a similar bumper minus the wider tubes that I just installed and will soon be installing a winch.

Looks great btw..

Appears to be using a spring clip on the winch fairlead. https://www.amazon.com/Rugged-Ridge-11238-05-Mounting-Fairlead/dp/B002QSHIC2/ https://www.quadratec.com/products/12109_0920_14.htm I have one of each of those. They snap onto the roller fairlead and are very secure, you have to really tug on them to get them off. You can DIY it with a Maglite style spring mount as well, if you prefer to DIY.

Did you finish mounting this bumper? I’m looking at this same bumper for my Mojave.

Thought I'd chime in and say that I installed the Quadratec QRC full width bumper over the weekend with no issues. Went on easier than removing the OEM. The instructions say you won't reuse the skid plate, and that's true... It hits the winch supports. But, I'm going to break out a grinder and clearance the skid to fit, should probably take me 5 minutes. I want to protect the shocks a little more. Pics to come after I get the winch set up.
