Wanted to start a thread about lift options for the Mojave. The great thing about the Mojave is the suspension any changes to that are going to nullify its biggest selling point for a lot of people. But we should talk through the options and needs.

Are 35s going to fit on an out of the box Mojave because of the 1" lift in the front and slightly wider offset without rubbing at full flex?

What if you want a little lift? Can you use the AEV Spacer lift and keep the good things about the Mojave suspention?

Other thoughts and ideas?

Update, list of lift kit options:
AEV - 2" spacer lift

The Mojave was designed with a specific purpose in mind, and comes equipped with some expensive Fox shocks. The group it is being marketed to are not supposed to be interested in lifting it. Any lift will likely require changing those shocks. Replacing them with equivalent Fox shocks won't be cheap. I don't see very many buying a Mojave actually being interested in lifting it.

This I would definitely have to agree with. Given what one loses from the Rubi to move to the Mojave I don't know why one would lift it and lose the shocks which is honestly the selling point of this trim. I guess there is always shock extenders but IMO those are not my thing.

Someone in another thread posted this setup done by Lexington Lifted and posted on their FB page. It is a ReadyLift kit. I assume their 2.5" SST spacer kit with shock brackets. ReadyLift is working on specific shock brackets that will work better.

Zero interest in lifting my Mojave when I receive it.

I agree. I would think that shock extension brackets like on the above ReadyLift kit would be a weak spot for hard frontend landing that the Mojave is designed to take on rough high speed runs.

I have always thought of the lift with shock extensions as the budget version. It's obviously ideal to have shocks that work the full length of your lift to get the most out of it, but shocks add another $500++ for good ones.

I never thought of extensions on super expensive shocks. I think you'd be better off selling the Mojave shocks off and getting something comparable in the proper travel.

Or, buy a sport and with the difference in price build something even better than the Mojave.

Mostly agree with what you said. It would be nice if someone would throw 37s on a Mojave and flex it out, then come up with a bump stop/spacer kit that would allow for full flex on 37s and minimal lift.

So basically, utilize the awesome factory suspension to its fullest with decent sized tires. Without doing a 2" budget lift that will compromise what is there.

Full flex on the Mojave will be very different from a Rubicon. So if you really want to flex, get a Rubicon. And any modification original Mojave suspension is a compromise. Also 37s might look cool but do you really want to slow the Mojave down even more?

The main difference in flex will be the swaybar disconnect. Other than that, they are very similar. That is an easy fix with quick disconnects.

Agree that it will be a compromise to change anything on the suspension I just want to maximize what is there. I am thinking of doing the inner fender delete and running 37s with no other suspension mods.

37s are the sweet spot on these rigs. Throw in some 4.88 gears and ride.

Well, if you want more flex, get Rubicon with a larger lift.

It's not just gearing, Mojave is supposed to be a high speed desert runner. Heavier tires are not going to help that, especially with the current motor. Like I said, 37s look good, but do not make sense with the Mojave design.
