Surprised you went with the Falcons everything I have read says they ride very firm even harsh on the lowest setting.
Really? I have rode in a few equipped with them.....I also know a few guys running top end lifts....and this is the ONLY shock AMW recommends running on their platform. I think its one of those to each is their own situations maybe.

They are adjustable no? And tuned for the weight of the HEMI. Rubi highly suggested to swap those in
Correct, adjustable AND specifically tuned for the Hemi. Same recommendation from AMW as Rubi.

Sounds good, hopefully the added weight of the hemi takes the harshness out.

I think it may be "fake news" Mac. I've rode with this gear on JT's running the 3.6 and the 3.0 and the ride was very nice.

Maybe the reviewer hopped out of their air ride BMW and hopped in the JT. In that case.....they are all harsh! ??

I have the Falcon SP2 3.1 non adjustable. They ride great. Better than the factory Fox shocks. And on washboard roads better than my full size Silverado. Never been in a BMW, so I can compare

As long as the springs and shocks are somewhat matched it should work well. I have the Mopar lift with some add ons and my alignment, tire pressures, and axle settings, and it goes down the road with two fingers on the wheel

All this talk about hemis has me doing some transmission tunning experimentation today. I am going to use a majority of the shift schedule settings and torque intervention from my 2019 Ram Hemi. Guess we will see how close blower displacement is to real displacement.

Agreed, my Mopar lift drove fine. No complaints.

So I did the merge. I wish I would of thought of it earlier. My initial drive was pretty impressive. Makes me feel dumb, I have been working on shift maps for 6 months, and the FCA Ram map is way better so far. The low speed stuff is pretty righteous. The two issues I seem to have now, are 3rd gear needs a bit of acceleration enrichment as it is engaging much lower and needs power. 8th gear still does not hold but my guess it is a TQ capability issue with the trans.

Love it, Dave! OEM is always a series of compromises. I give you big credit for experimenting and fine tuning to make it the best for your situation. Well done.

My faithful project manager over at AMW4x4 sent me some photos and an update this evening. Things are progressing FAST. Most of the long arm bracketry and etc. is in and ready to go. You will also notice a sexy ass Hemi sitting in the engine bay.

Super excited and the team at AMW continues to impress. I accidentally added a few more items to my punch list tonight as well #beadlocks and 40's.

Needless to say I will also have my current 18" Black Rhinos and almost full tread 37" Ridge Grapplers for sale!

Enjoy!!

Are you selling the tires and wheels together or separate?

Exodus4x4 in New Braunfels TX is an authorized installer for AMW4x4.
I am on 18s, yes. That was the minimum for Wilwoods as you sound to already know. That upgrade was worth EVERY penny.

Go to Bubba at Exodus. He is in TX and is a AMW preferred installer.
Good to know! I'll have to look into them. Now I just need to sell the SRT.

I am in MA and have my 392 swap done at RUBITRUX in NC in three weeks. They are taking care of the logistics as well in terms of scheduling pickup and really everything else. Plus they cover 50% of the transportation cost (which is not a lot overall actually). Give Jesse a call at Rubi (or AMW I don't think you can go wrong with either). My truck is going to go down in a couple weeks and I am pumped. I may start a competing 6.4L conversion thread ha ha. Point being no need to be able to drive to the shop. I had Wilwoods on my built Mustang and I loved them so much. Did not know they are an option for the gladiator!!!!
Another good option. Oh yeah, loved the wilwoods on my XJ and cant wait to throw a set on the MJ. When these Nittos wear down I'll move to some 18's and run them on the JT too.
