Please, not another asking armchair economists and insurance adjusters "totaled?"

Any response is totally opinion, or actually total guess-work.

It's a 2020 Sport according to the OP's profile....

Chances are better than not that it's totaled. Sure, it's a guess, but it's a pretty good one.

What’s work?
No license in a company vehicle…..sounds like some tweaker outfit there. Hard to say if it’s totaled man. I’ve seen some of the weirdest stuff totaled for nothing and what should have been totaled fixed…..
My neighbors Tundra had little boo boo up front just with bumper, headlight, header panel usual stuff and they totaled it. Trucks was 5 years old but far, far from totaled

None of your business :)
If this makes ya feel any better, here's my brand new diesel with only 300 miles t-boned by a 16 yr high school student. Not as bad as yours but it's a $24k repair from the geico insurance shop. They are literally replacing even the wiring harness from Jeep (on back order). Repair ETA is 6 weeks out but Geico was kind enough to give me a gasser Overland glady.

I honestly think the long wheel base on these and the slow throttle response is the reason why these gladys are prone to t bones. I traded my 2019 Ford ranger which was speedy with the 4 cy turbo even with 32k miles on it. This happened in my local area that I drive 95% of the time.

notice the oil spilling everywhere? odds are the frame was impacted enough to force the motor mount in, and splitting the block. Cus there's not much else to cause it to spill its guts everywhere in that type of collision. I've been hit and totaled many a time, and very rarely do you get hit hard enough to spill all of its oil. usually its just coolant from front impacts. But side impact causing a massive leak? Block is most likely split. and considering that all the powertrain casings are aluminum it could have cracked the transmission housing as well. a 20' sport I don't think is worth enough to straighten the frame, swap a new motor, and do body work/ paint. just my 2 cents. odds are he'll need a new front axle too. In my experience, if the airbag deploys, its a lot worse than it looks. Body on Frame vehicle or not.

Our 2015 JKUS was T-boned on the driver side then forced off road on the rear, which struck a fire hydrant then rolled. All was good. The JKU with Rubi rails took most of the impact. If not for the hydrant strike roll-over we'd still be driving it today. The car that T-boned us, well it's hood was pressed all the way to the windshield and looked as though it struck a solid wall.

At that point I would hope they just total it out, while it can probably be repaired, it might never be the same again and you would have a vehicle with a major accident on the CarFax.

I am happy that you weren’t (I am assuming) hurt badly. Sucks for your Jeep—it held up though!
