I just bought both the flush mount and the reverse bumper Oracle LEDs for my wife’s 2022 Gladiator. No led package just halogens. Both reverse lights come off and on two times only. Then I have to turn off the truck for them to come back on and again only two times. The right taillight goes off and only works when it feels like it. I really didn’t want to mess with the computer just to get the lights to work. Can anyone help with a solution? Thanks in advance.
I’m having the same issue with mine. Tail and brake lights work, and reverse works when the truck is first started, but after a couple times the reverse lights stop working and will work again if shut off and started again. Did you ever get a fix?

I had the same issue...also the bumper lights never worked right even with their "plug and Play" harness. I got frustrated with Oracle telling me to rub my belly and turn around 4 times while holding your right pinky toe and if that doesn't work...go buy a Taser...cost me 70.00 in shipping and restocking fees to "test drive" their shitty lights..

I’ve finally got all of the oracle replacement bulbs working for my DRL, turn signals, and headlights after messing with programming. The last issue which I still can’t figure out is the flush mount tail lights. I have tail lights and brake lights, and have reverse lights the first time or two after the truck is started, but after that the reverse lights go out and do a waterfall pattern until the truck is cycled again.

Since you have a programmer, try removing the black resistors and setting the rear lights to LED.

I found the solution, but it’s not going to be one many people like. after trying everything with the JScan and no luck I borrowed an Autel Maxis elite, changed the settings over to LED, no more issues. I’m not sure if the JScan just doesn’t have the programming the expensive scanners have, but I went from the reverse lights going off every couple times to working flawlessly for the last 24 hours and 20-30 times in reverse, the only difference was the more expensive scan tool.

JSCAN works 100%. It's just not as straight forward as setting the rears to LED for the signal out error message. Here's the instruction from JSCAN Support on what to do:

Jeep Gladiator Oracle Flush Mount Tail Lights Issues JSCAN

To add to this instruction - We found that if you don't go in and clear all DTC beforehand, the error may still occur. So, make sure you're doing that also.

Now, with that being said, resolving any bus related issues such as reverse lamps or park lamps shutting down on Halogen equipped rigs, simply setting the rear lights to LED DOES resolve that.

I am getting the right side intermittent not staying on issue too. I just unhooked the resistors and set the truck to rear LEDs. I have an ECRI programmer and it does have a voltage threshold setting anyone mess with that? I do not have the turn off diagnostics setting though.

I received my lights last Christmas as a gift in January (they were late arriving). I installed them in my LED equipped Gladiator and then waited on the cable fix. The fix was working great, but now I am getting intermittent "Rear signal out" errors and I noticed this evening that the bottom lights on my right side tail light are out.

Has anyone else seen this? What is the fix this time?

I'm hoping it is a warranty issue.

I do not have the resistors nor do I have a programmer.

I was able to confirm that water was able to infiltrate the light housing. @JP_Oracle I filled out the RMA form on the Oracle Lighting website. Is there anything else that I should do at this point?

I just joined here to see if there had been any fix?

I've had the flush mounts installed since April and they have been trouble free until this morning, when they started doing the exact thing you described.

The only trigger I can think that would cause a sudden issue is today was the first time since I installed them that temps were below freezing (26* this morning).

I just threw my factory halogens back on in the meantime.

Just a bit of advice here. I know that for the most part this is been Oracle bashing but...

While I'm on the fence in regards to the error light on LED models, they did come thru and fix it. I haven't had any issues with mine nor did anything stop working.
The lights look fantastic (design-wise) and the backup lights much brighter than OEM (my main reason for switching).

My biggest issue is with the quality of the product... while the plastic is OK (could honestly be a little beefier) using JUNK screws is completely unacceptable.
I've had the lights on the truck for about a year now... took them out yesterday to take a look as I had seen some rust on the little screws in the past...
To my amazement, the screws (all of them) are completely rusted to the point that the one on the edge caused the actual bed of the truck (nearest to the screw) to rust, THRU the paint!

That just should not happen even on cheaply made automotive products and it definitely shouldn't on such a nice-looking product!

I ended up having to spray some Rustoleum on the screws and coated the hell out of them in waterproof grease!

Very disappointing to say the least but at least prior to having these on your truck for very long make sure you take care of these little screws before they start chewing thru your bed.

I started my truck in the garage with the door closed today and noted the tail lights seemed to flicker very lightly. I don’t think this is an old issue, never noticed it before. Anyone have this happen?
