I’m glad you had a better experience than I did. They are supposedly taking care of my return request but we will see if they follow through with making it right.
As for your question I provided them with everything they have asked for. As for fitment I did everything I could and more and they fit better but not flush. I will not be purchasing or using a programmer so that wasn’t an option they were supposed to be plug and play not extra parts then plug and play. Now onto the wiring, I spoke with my dealership, family member who is a master tech at a dealership and warranty representatives and was advised that if you cut, or tap into the wiring harness for the lights you would void the warranty on the wiring. It’s a brand new truck so not doing that. And regardless if they are telling the truth or not about the warranty makes no difference to me as they would be the ones dealing with a warranty claim.
So again, I’m glad you had an excellent experience with Oracle as I have not had any issues with them until now but doesn’t mean other people or everyone has or is having a great experience with them. Or just because my experiences have been good or bad doesn’t mean someone else’s experience has to be good or bad as well.
I'm just going to say ok to everything about the warranty topic. As for fitment and your dissatisfaction with the product, allow the company to make it right. If you submitted the requested information, let their team review it.

Hello @Gladiator2023 ! Like we discussed, our team will be taking care of your request as soon as the lights are returned to us. Regarding the resistors, I believe this is all just a misunderstanding as they are meant to be tapped into the Flush Mount Tail light harness, not your factory one. However, with that being said, we ultimately do want you to be happy with your ORACLE Lighting experience and I will talk to you again soon. :)

I am looking at the Oracle Flush mount "tinted" tail lights for the Gladiator. Anybody have a picture of the new "tinted" versions mounted on a Gladiator ? Any pics would be much appreciated. Thanks.

They are still bright when the brakes are applied but according to NHTSA they are not legal in California, only the standard red lens is.

I guess that I'll throw my hat into this ring now. I bought the taillights back in March. I have a Flashcal and changed to LEDs. I've had no issues until a couple of days ago. When I unlocked the Jeep and the lights flashed, I noticed that the passenger's side was dimmer, but didn't think to much about it. I noticed it again this morning, and when I turned the lights from Auto to on, it was very dim compared to the left side. I had to get to work, so figured that I'd put factory back in this afternoon. Anyway, I get to work and check them again, and now it's swapped. The driver's side is dim, and the passenger's side is fine. I'm going to update the Flashcal, reset to LEDs and see if that fixes it. Obviously that's seemingly not an Oracle issue, I'm just wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar.

I bought my Oracle lights in October of 22. Yesterday I noticed that my driver's side light is only partially lit now (LEDs on the left are completely out). It looks a lot like yours CJRAY.

Emailed Oracle support and waiting for a reply...

I'm interested in what they say. I removed the LED setup, then changed it back, but nothing. Also, it doesn't flash as much when locking and unlocking. Maybe it is a light issue.

Hi, It is possible that there could be an issue with the Flashcal settings but also we did have a bad production run of 1 batch of Flush mount taillights that we are in the process of remedying that we highlighted (HERE). Please take a moment to fill out our online warranty request here: https://www.oraclelights.com/RMA and someone from our customer service department will be in contact with you shortly. Thank you!

I received and installed my new taillights today.
2020 Gladiator, Rubicon, Halogen lighting. (no factory led package.)
I have Oracle Oculus led headlights that have been in for a year and they are great.

The taillights have a problem.
The reverse lights stopped working after just putting the truck in reverse 2 times.
These are $483 in my part of the world and a disappointment. I am not about to add another expense of a computer programmer to the mix.
I wish I had seen this thread.
