Connector received. No more blind spot monitoring issue. Thank you Oracle.Definitely no connector in the box. Sent you a PM yesterday. Thanks for your help.
I had the same issue with mine...right side also. I got a replacement really fast but I just left the oem lights installed. I haven't bothered to reinstall the oracles. My passenger side light stopped working a few months ago. Oracle sent me a replacement. Now the replacement is malfunctioning. I have submitted another warranty request, but am a bit jaded at this point. Going to commute agin today with no right turn signal for lane changes.
Hi, If your Jeep is lifted and/or has large wheels, the BSM may only be picking up tall vehicles (trucks, 18-wheelers, etc). If this is the case, some 3mm thickness foam tape may need to be added to shim inside the sensor cavity to aim the sensors further downward. Vertical adjustment would only be necessary on vehicles where the sensor is greater than 1 meter distance from the ground.Installed the flush mount lights, and now my Blindspot system is not working. Connected and reconnected everything multiple times and no go.
Reached out to customer service and they sent me an email with links that are dead and pictures that don’t work. This was supposed to help me determine whether Oracle wired the lights correctly, and if not, instructions on how to remedy that myself. After several follow-ups to receive a new email, I haven’t heard back.
I was able to piece things together using pictures online to double check the wiring of the fourth and fifth wire on the driver side light and all is wired correctly. Still having the issue. Super frustrating.
I have two other Oracle products, and was hoping this would be a good one too.
could you show me a photo of this?Hi, If your Jeep is lifted and/or has large wheels, the BSM may only be picking up tall vehicles (trucks, 18-wheelers, etc). I can understand you frustration.....but with holidays and the 25% off sale they're running, they might be swamped right now.Follow up multiple times via email today, Monday, and still no answers. Truly appalling customer service.
Including the complete instructions and photos here:could you show me a photo of this?
Did this, did not work. Still receiving error. Very very frustrating.Including the complete instructions and photos here:

Once you've added the first set of 3M foam shims, go for a test drive. If the BSM is still not picking up properly then they need to add more 3M Foam
