Hey forum, I know there’s a ton of threads on these lights, but I’ve had a very good experience with @ORACLElights and I believe people should get recognition when they do the right thing.
Bought a set of red flush tails in December, installed in January. I also registered my warranty with Oracle then.
in March or April I noticed a couple diodes either moved or burnt out on the passenger side.
Took some pics, emailed the Oracle help link.
Heard back instantly from their AI that had all the dates bungled lol.
Heard back from a human the next day, they asked for a couple more items, and within a couple weeks FedEx had delivered a new light, which works flawlessly.
I know that’s how it’s supposed to go, but I was prepared for a bit more of a run around, and they were great to deal with. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants em….
Enjoy the weekend folks!

Good customer service is great and all, but a company should strive to provide a product that doesn't need to be replaced. Regardless of how great or quick their customer service is, after all of these years they are still selling the same faulty product, and that is the very reason I will never buy anything Oracle.

Thank you for your reply. At Oracle, we do strive for great products. And the products (one in particular) has been updated. Please refer to this article and the steps to be transparent: https://www.oraclelights.com/blogs/news/product-transparency-update

Same. I do really like the look of the product, but all the issues reported here and on the JL forum have steered me away. And having to wait a "couple weeks" for a replacement to be delivered doesn't sound ideal either.

Yes, and that was posted June of 2023. OP bought lights December 2024, over a year after these lights were supposedly fixed and still had faults, and within a few months. Not a year later, not two years later, but when these products are still almost new.

The Oracle lights are the best-looking aftermarket lights for the Gladiator. I just wish they were a little more reliable.

I think that’s pretty normal to get something from the southern states up to western Canada. Plus, the light was functional and safe to use in the interim.
But yes, no issues is better than a fixed issue….
tail light recurring issues aside, their customer service was top notch, they could’ve had me send the light to them first, that would’ve meant a month with the heinous stock lights (assuming I still had them, or maybe they can’t for exactly that reason).

Anything made by man can fail. I also had a tail light fail and after uploading a photo they promptly sent a replacement light. No hassle, no fuss just a replacement set promptly.

I bought my Oracle tail lights in 2024, and they had a manufacturing tag for 10/22. I noticed both lights had LEDs out and contacted Oracle, but I still haven't heard back from them. There's another manufacturer with a TRUE flush taillight, which is astronomical in price.
Oracle could have added a weather-tight seal around the outside lip to add to the protection of the electrical parts inside.

Yes, The problems are very frustrating, but I will say the customer service is what keeps me around. I'm currently working on replacing a warranty replacement. Oracle has the best light (aestheticly) but the quality control is hurting them.

Oracle and Combat are the only two viable options IMO.

Combat offroad has an ok looking light, but $500 for a pair of $40 taillights from Tractor Supply in $50 aluminum housings is nuts. If they dropped the asking down to $300 I'd buy them.
The other aftermarket options are just hideous. I'd opt for the factory LEDs over anything else
