Didn’t happen to take any pictures did you?
I didn’t take any pictures. Only takes a few seconds for you to pop the panel to see what is needed to trim though.

Was so excited - this was the perfect location for the knob!

Used calipers to ensure even offset from the trim edges...was sure I had this nailed.

Was buttoning everything up...installing the last bit of trim.

You've got to be kidding me! Now to undo it all, and see how much of a hole I can see behind that trim piece...then start all over.
sorry but I have to LOL, I literally almost did the same thing with my red arc!!

luckily I measured and refitted an extra time and realized it was too close to the trim.

I ended up putting it about 2.5 inches lower and 2.5 to the left. Don’t worry tho, no one will ever see it but you. Don’t let it get it you, it’s like a little ding in your door that you always see, that no one will ever notice, but this is even more concealed.

I’m going to install the button on my other gladiator next to the cigarette lighter.

That knob is HUGE! Haha.
naw, it’s just the red arc is small as crap. That’s the only thing I would change about my Redarc, maybe 1/3-1/2 inch larger in diameter?

I learned from your write up and made changes. I choose the start/hvac/controls pannel as it would be the easiest to replace. It was tight but it is now accessible and not within knee bump.

Does the Redarc control know have the LED light constantly on even when a trailer isn’t installed?
