Not sure if this has been posted before and I apologize if it has. But I thought it would be fun to see what trucks people have owned prior to owning your gladiator.
For me, I have owned the following
1987 s10 blazer on 33x10.50R15 BFG MT's, mildly built 4.3V6 (cam, superchips, dual exhaust, etc)
1987 K5 GMC Jimmy. Frt / rear lockers, ZZ4 crate motor, full rollcage, 35' Ground Hawgs / 33x15.50R15 SX super swampers, axle truss's
1996 S10 ZR2 with lock rite diffs and 32" Swamper Thornbirds, rollbar, warn winch, rear axle truss
1998 K2500HD single cab with 3" lift and 33" tires and warn winch
1999 K1500 crew cab with 33" tires and 3" lift, pro-comp front light bar
2001 Crew cab S10, 3" lift and 31" BFG AT's
2003 Chevy Tahoe with 2" lift and 33" Super swamper SSR radials
2006 Silverado 1500 (pretty much stock)
2010 JKUR with lots of mods
2014 Cherokee trailhawk with 31" firestone destination MT's (hated those tires)
2016 Ram Rebel/ 2" lift with 35" tires and light bar
2018 Ram 1500. 2" lift, 35" general grabber X3's, winch

2021 Gladiator with all sorts of mods.

my first was '99 Dodge Dakota 4x4 V8, no pics, no cells back then ...

i miss my '02 2500 4x4 Cummins Sport, it was my hot rod i got it to 600hp 1250Tq ...

i had a '16 2500 4x4 Cummins Sport and i miss that too was a caddy compared to the '02


so ya to me the Jeep is underpowered ....

77 Ford Explorer pickup, 91MJ still have and need to get busy working on it. Multiple XJ's, and 87/88 MJ with renix 4.0 long gone coastal living hell on sheet metal. Acid rain of "north wet" ate paint of top of my 77 also, but not bad enough to keep someone from stealing it.

I have a '93 Chevy 1500. Too hard to dig through 3,500 photos on my phone right now to find one. It was my first truck. Ive had it for 22 ish years now. Its a single cab step side.

Its sitting at my other house with all the odd and ends loaded in the bed and covered in a tarp, interior apart, etc. No plates or insurance. It runs. Has a 5.3L/4L60E swap i did many years ago.

I dont know when or if Im going to mess with it again. I will eventually move it to our current property.

Kind of bored with it. I have no use for a single cab truck, it requires way too much money and work to be a useful day to day vehicle now, I dont need a hot rod or toy. If i want something with a V8 and two doors to drive I'll grab my SS Camaro that I left at my moms place so she has a backup car.

So. Thats that

Oh I had a 2005 Silverado many years ago that I really liked. Great trucks.
