Mine leaks too. As soon as the weather gets a little better I am having a custom 1 piece window made to replace the stock window. I like the look of a solid back window anyway, and the window guy said when he glues it in it definitely won't leak...

2021 Sport S, and noticed tonight I also have the rear window leak. Not sure I want to deal with the dealer so I’m going to try the vacuum hose.

One year in with the vacuum hose and no leaks.
Looks like I'm going to need to try this. My rear window replaced in June 2022 is now leaking. The frame has probably cracked like the original did.

Yep, same boat here. Had it replaced, 1 yr later the replacement leaked. Vacuum hose for the win.

We're sorry to hear about your leak concern. If you are considering having your dealer take a closer look, please feel free to send our team a PM. We'd be happy to assist throughout your dealer visit.

The rear window leak was found over a year ago on my JTM, when I was in Colorado. The dealer ordered the parts, and they never came in. A few months later, unbeknownst to me, they stopped looking, and just dropped it. Recently I have gone back and forth with customer care about honoring the warranty, even though I was 100 miles over 36k. After a couple of months, JCC decided to honor this, I finally got a call, that the parts are in, I can finally get this fixed. Check all the door seals too, mine all leaked. The fronts have been replaced, and the rears are getting done with the rear glass swap. Keep pushing, and you will eventually get taken care of. I have a softopper and rack, so I hope they just remove the top, then replace the glass. Hope to avoid a truck full of shattered glass

Had my rear glass replaced last week. Dealer told me there is a new part number for the back window. When I picked it up the rear glass is different than the orginal. Note the rubber seal around the glass that wasn’t there before. Dealer has a glass company do the install. So they weren’t sure if the rubber seal came with the new window or glass company added it. Happy to report that I have no leaks and it was replaced with no damage to my top.

how is this holding up for you? by any chance do you know the part number of this and what company was used by the dealer? thanks
I sold the truck two weeks ago, but it had not leaked since the repair. I couldn’t tell you the part number as it was all covered under warranty and the dealership handled it all.

I got a great deal on a left over 2023 F150 SuperCrew. It was a difficult decision because I really liked the Gladiator. Fun truck. Perfect size. But for me it got a little tiresome driving it. The F150 is more comfortable. I’ll miss the gladiator no doubt.

Plus this forum is awesome. Lots of good people on here.

Was finally able to get mine into the dealer on Friday. They confirmed the leak and are ordering the replacement back glass assembly and will have a local glass company swap it out. Going to inquire about having them use some trim moulding to help when the frame ends up cracking again.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the full story. The nightmare continues. Anyone should think twice about having this warranty repair done. Be forewarned and forearmed.

When I went to pick it up i could clearly see that they had tried to cover up the carnage inflicted to the hardtop itself. Both the inside and outside of the hardtop was gouged in several places from the haphazard attempt. Not to mention the upper trim pieces on the interior were broken and installed back with double sided tape in an attempt to make it stay put. Dealer ended up doing what I would consider to be the right thing and offered to replace the hardtop and I accepted. Well, the hardtop came in and they installed it and put back the same broken trim pieces and when I confronted the service manager about it, he said "oh yeah we have ordered new ones we didn't know that the new hardtop wouldn't come with them." Oh yeah? well I knew because I looked up the part number for the top beforehand and could see clearly from my searching that it wouldn't and was the first thing I looked for. Said we will let you know when they come in. Never got a call from them saying that the trim pieces arrived, and life got int he way and I never followed up. I'm sure they never ordered and just wanted me to forget.

Here are a few of the more egregious spots. There were lesser ones all around the perimeter.

Hard to see in the pics but it looked like a black sharpie was used to mask the damage and cover up the white fiberglass showing .

Somehow the roof got involved as well....

Which brings me to today.

New hardtop has started to leak again. Can't say that I am suprised..... So, I take it back into the same dealer since they are the only one less than an hour away from me and this time, they decline to repair stating that they don't have a glass shop and wouldn't want the same thing to happen again with a third-party involved. They said casually just try another dealer that has an in-house glass repair shop. No help setting up an appointment or directing me to another dealer that could help. Basically <insert expletive here> go "pound sand" we are done with you and we don't care to even try to help you with this issue or help find another dealer for that matter.

@JeepCares
Care to get involved here? Note, that the pics I posed are from the previous hardtop that the dealer replaced. My issues as they stand today are:
  1. A leaking rear window
  2. The upper interior trim pieces are broken and rattle at various highway speeds
  3. In need of a dealer that can facilitate a proper repair.
