I had a similar issue once. I just swapped one tire front to back took a ride. Still had it so i swapped the other front one to the back , all was good and knew which one had a broken belt that could not be seen

That is interesting for sure. We did some front to back swapping, but having two that were causing the issue when we did them one-at-a-time really complicates things. Definitely don't know if we ever had the two bad ones on the rear and the two good ones on the front.
I know Ive never swapped tires so much in my life as we did over the weekend!

If you just need one tire let me know. I have a spare that has never been on ground except when I pulled it from under truck.

Thanks! Hopefully we are going to be good since I ordered her a new set of 35s yesterday. I know it's best to get wider wheels, but Ive seen a lot of people on here run 35s on stock wheels and she really likes the Rubicon black ones we got. Decided on the Teraflex 1.5" leveling spacers for the front. With the Max Tow wider axles, I think everything will work.

On another note, we should meet up for lunch in Shreveport/Bossier one weekend. Maybe gather up all the JT owners in the area and just show up somewhere.

I finally got the Mopar TPMS sensors for the Rubicon takeoff wheels & tires (~15K miles Falken 285 70 17) I bought for my wife's Sport Max Tow. Took them to a reputable tire shop in Alexandria La to have the sensors installed and the tires balanced yesterday. I installed them this morning and made a test drive. At 47 MPH, you can feel the truck start to shake and when you get above 50, it shakes severely with the steering wheel going back and forth.
I assumed the shop had botched the balancing job, though they've always done a great job for us. Took it back to them and they gladly re-balanced the tires and said they balanced perfectly. I actually watched the guy and he took his time to get it right. They test drove it and said they could still feel it a little, but didn't get it up to speed since the shop is in town. On the way home, same thing; shakes like crazy at 50+ MPH.
Took it back home and swapped the front tires, same thing. Swapped the rear tires, same thing. Each time I made sure the wheels seated correctly on the hubs and screwed the lugs on by hand and hand torqued to 130 ft Lbs.
Put the originals back on and it drives fine again.
I think I have a bad tire, but the tire shop said they could not see anything and it should show up when they are trying to balance it. Not sure what speed they balance at or if there could be something un-bonding in the tire that is changing with speed. I am thinking I need to just buy some new tires, but I'm a little concerned if it could be a wheel issue. Probably less likely since they balanced good though.

Any of you super smart people have any advice?
There was a service notification calling for the replacement of the steering damper. I did mine, all better.

Totally different cause and effect. It would have no impact on this issue.
(That part is also more of a mask than anything.)
The TSB is for earlier models of Gladiator. He's got 2023s which would not be covered.

In any case, his case here is resolved. It was the tire/wheel assemblies he bought and put on - as proven by the fact that the shake/vibration followed the tires to a different Jeep.

There was customer satisfaction service campaign for the early 2020 model Gladiator to replace the steering damper for so called "death wobble". That is where the weird squared shank end bolt came into play. Some dealers tried to use it also for the steering box wander issue to no effect before the steering box replacement TSB came out. Neither one of these will address a wheel/tire vibration issue.

Well... I can close the loop on this issue now.
My wife took the takeoffs and the new set of tires to the shop yesterday to have them swapped out. When they broke them off the bead, water went everywhere! Apparently they were full of water! I am surprised they didn't see this when they put the TPMS sensors in, but I guess just breaking them down on one side may have not let them see it. Also, wouldn't have thought they would balance.
One detail that didn't seem relevant earlier is that when I bought them, they were flat and did not have cores in the valve stems. The guy said the shop that swapped the tpms sensors for him just put regular stems in to pop them back on the bead. He must have had them outside in the rain.
Now Im hoping the water didn't mess up the new TPMS sensors! Now I have an extra set of good tires.

Im not sure since I wasnt there, but it sounds like a lot from talking to one of the guys that runs the shop. My wife said the guy that was working on them came inside to the desk and said “These tires aren’t bad, they’re just full of water”.

They should be ok. If you fill tires from most air compressors - if there's no water filter, you will likely end up with moisture in the tire anyway. I've seen rims rot from the inside out from that sort of thing. Takes a lot of time, but......
