This trailer, a military M1102, looks a little gainly bit tows great and has a bunch of cool features. Surge brakes that you can definitely feel when there is a decent load in it. Just brush in it in the picture. Had about 1500 lbs of mulch in after dumping the brush and I could feel the trailer brakes come in smoothly as braking was increased. 1460 lb empty weight. Trailing arm torsion bar suspension. Aluminum box and main frame. Trailer was designed to be towed by a HMMWV. You can move it around easy by hand when empty on the roller landing gear. Each wheel has its own lever operated parking brake. Great ground clearance. I have the bows and cover for it also. Even though all the military trailers are set up for 24volts light power, this trailer has LEDs all around and they work fine on 12 volts. I just spliced a flat 4 prong wire harness into the military harness so I can tow it with the Gladiator of my 1985 M998.
