Thus, the game of cat and mouse begins. The end will be interesting. If I were the head of any of these corps I'd give the 40% and the 32 hour week. But I'd demand the ability to fire and base raises on performance. The days of protecting the lame and lazy would be over.Then I would replace them. Plenty of temps services will send you employees and I'd call in people to train them and even if they performed at Half of what some of the strikers performed at, you still have some kind of production going on. I'll bet if you do that then some of the people on strike will think twice about keeping it going.
You aren't wrong. Real and solid capable vehicles that aren't solely purposed for gentrified highway use are going the way of the Dodo quickly.They would sell it or spin it off... If they spin it off they would include a big chunk of Stellantis' debt... Still very bad for jeep...
