Gross, but I like it. It’s not catchy, but I thought the 4 runner deserved a cool Mexican food name. Burrito isn’t going to catch on though. There must be something better. 4 cheese enchilada?

If you have the chance to sit (or stand) and feel like like turning your head while eating so all the contents don't spill out (taco).

Or....

Eating a complete meal wraped in a giant tortilla that doesn't require you to turn your head sideways and can be eaten on the go?
