Can I ask did you have to measure for it or is it for certain height lifts?
I did not measure, I just bought the one they make for the JT Rubicon that has the OEM-style flange, so I did not have to replace the flange coming out of the pinion, it just bolts right up. They have 3 JT variations - Sport, Overland, and Rubicon. I bought it from one of the big suppliers, but it's the one linked.

It's supposed to be good up to 6" of lift height.

I am planning a trip to Moab for 2024. My Mojave has a 3” JKS lift and 37s. You are a hit higher, but I was wondering how much you rub on some of these sections.
And why did you only replace the front driveshaft? I replaced the front and rear with Tom Woods shafts. (A bunch of other mods, but this is your build thread, not mine).

Some more pictures of my recent Moab trip on Hell's Revenge and Poison Spider.

My hitch slider scraped several times, and I scraped the bottom of my back bumper corner a couple times. Nothing severe and I’d guess you’d have the same experience.

My OEM front driveshaft boot would rub on the exhaust crossover while flexed out because of the thick diameter of the shaft, so I replaced it. The rear is adequate and I’ll replace it if it ever breaks, but so far so good.

Hope you had a good Christmas question I’m getting ready to order that driveshaft and was wondering did you have to change the flange at the transfer case?

Hope your Christmas was great too. Yes, I did change the T-case flange, and the Adams driveshaft came with flange. I followed this video to do it:

How does the Mojave handle on the road/ and freeway with the stock shocks utilizing the extensions?

Your Jeep looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing the "lessons learned" part of each mod. That's usually the most helpful part :)

The shock extensions keep the shocks in the correct bypass zone on the road, so the shocks work well.

March 2024
  • Metalcloak control arm drop brackets (Pro'lignment Kit)
    • Since I'm running 5" of lift, I figured I'd reduce my front control arm angle to improve on-road feel. I felt the Metalcloak drop bracket offering is solid and I'm happy with the result. Asphalt potholes are much more forgiving now.
  • Metalcloak rear track bar bracket
    • I have a front trackbar bracket and drag link flip already from Synergy Mfg. Evened it out but raising the rear track bar!
  • 37" Spare tire
    • I have the Clayton rear track bar which has a bend that provides clearance for an actual-size 37" spare under the bed. So I finally bought a used Milestar Patagonia tire off marketplace.

Cool that you found a used one! I wanted a matching spare due to the offset. Sure the offset is good for the COR kit?
