For an Military veteran to have his dream truck shipped to a dealer, follow all directions to a tee from Jeep Brand, and then have his truck held hostage and subsequently stolen by the dealer is just Bullshit. Period.

No one could / would help : Not Jeep Concierge, not the Owner of the Dealership, No One... and there is no where for us to go.

I'm sorry, but I don't see the value in this thread. The issues with the launch of this vehicle are well known to all members on this forum and I think the ranting and complaining up to this point have been more in the frustrated/venting category. Everyone has legitimate gripes about the process, wait times, communication, etc.

This is something different. Snarky, hostile, whatever you want to call it.

Will kicking FCA customer service reps and Jeep cares in the teeth accomplish anything? Let's save the pitch forks for when they are really warranted.

I just learned the delivery date of my LE will be around July 9th or 10th. I learned that as I was canceling my order. Over three months of waiting for a “Launch Edition.” I saw two other Gladiators on the road driving around today.
how pissed will you be when its not delivered on July 10th and you're still waiting?

don't get me wrong, i don't hope this happens, but I wonder if they just threw out that date to string you along?

now i'm questioning if I should even post this..........coin flip says yes.

might make an exec make a decision to give better service.......

When do you think pitch forks are really warranted? I suppose if motors start blowing left and right and then FCA drags their feet on fixing them would warrant that.

I don't know. I've been collecting mods and bits for the JT. It has been a dream of mine for so long to have this truck. I really see myself having so much fun in a Gladiator...

I can't decide if FCA is inept or if theyr'e weasels. There's drama now - and I can not stand drama. I'm a straight shooter and this feels wrong.

Day 41 in D. Run arounds. Poor communication. It just feels wrong.

For all we know @JeepCares has a whiteboard in their office with hash marks for every complaint. Once they get to 4190 complaints they get to use the batphone to call the Jr. Vice president of "who gives a hoot" so they'll actually start doing something for these customers or the next.

I'm not blaming jeepcares team, but we can't call the Jr vice president ourselves.

I just think your barking up the wrong tree, maybe @JeepCares could direct you to the right people. I agree with the total crapstorm of the roll out, but tagging them in every post will likely get them to exit this forum, they are resourceful to an extent.

@JeepCares is going nowhere. This thread is nothing compared to what has been posted on the JLWranglerforums and JeepCares is still there. What’s more likely is this tread will be ignored because if falls out of the scope of what JeepCares does.

I don't really care if they leave, hard to say goodbye to something that never showed up.

Exactly. it will be ignored like all of the concerns lobbed their way in countless threads. This is the point. This thread makes fun of that lack of respectful communication. Have a nice 4th everybody, I'll see you in a month when I was asked to check the status again....for the 4th time.
