I had a ‘24 with the black roof. It radiated heat onto my tall mostly bald head. Hot Heads headliners mitigated that. I traded that truck for a red ‘25 Rubicon with red roof and while not as hot I’m still putting in Hot Heads headliners in it. Mopar headliners were not standard.2024 and later are a LOT quieter than earlier years.
Hot heads headliners - yes to both heat and sound deadening.
Mine is a 25 with the MOPAR headliner and it's really quiet and does a good job.
But some prefer the hotheads headliners - no direct experience other than observing their comments.
The 24 and 25 X packages come with the MOPAR headliner standard.
WhatevI bought a ‘20 F150 and a ‘21 Gladiator 8 months apart. Paid the same for both and sticker prices were very close. Kind of hard to believe, but the 1 year older F150 is worth more.

You said similar STICKER prices and mileage, but if you factor in the well known fact that you could have gotten the gladiator anywhere from $5-20k less than the f150 of course it's worth less.Who is trying to base everything off MSRP?
Standard with the X package................ that's all I really looked at because I wanted the power seats since we switch drivers now and then and my wife can't deal with the stupid bar almost on the floor.I had a ‘24 with the black roof. Wasn't Ford doing F&F pricing this year? You said similar STICKER prices and mileage, but if you factor in the well known fact that you could have gotten the gladiator anywhere from $5-20k less than the f150 of course it's worth less.
I owed a f-150 sucker rusted out in 3 yrs. Was bought brand new , sparkplug blew out of the head the clutch master cylinder went out , both front wheel hibs went out , rotors warped 4 times and when I traded it off after 5 yrs they gave me 5000 for it What a hunk of junk . Clutch stuff was a recall . Ate brakes like crazy got horrible mileage was a gutless wonder...I wouldn't buy a F-150 if it was the last truck available in the world I would walk. . So to KBB they can kiss my big ol'butt they are junk.I bought a ‘20 F150 and a ‘21 Gladiator 8 months apart. Paid the same for both and sticker prices were very close. We have a 23 Bronco Sport and it's had less repairs than our 20 Gladiator. Then go buy a Ford they leave the assembly line as junk and you won't hurt anything by beating them up cause resale value on those ain't worth a crap.
Maybe they are making progress, but I am a dyed in the wool Jeep guy now. My 129k 21'JT Aint got any rust . That F-150 I had only had 80k on it and it was toast .

Sorry you had that experience. Truly.I owed a f-150 sucker rusted out in 3 yrs. I have no idea what F&F stands for but if I had to guess it means friends and family. That's probably most of the people who buy those.Wasn't Ford doing F&F pricing this year?
Uh oh. You’re opening up another can of worms!

From what I saw that was between$5-8k off an f150, not the $15-20k we saw off gladiators for the last few years. My statement about the used price difference vs msrp vs actual sale prices is still pretty obviously true. The gladiator could/ should have been bought for $10k or more less than a comparable f150... and is worth a few grand less.Wasn't Ford doing F&F pricing this year?
I’ve had great luck with Ford too. I own one right now that’s approaching 200k miles and still runs great. Has a few minor issues here and there, but it will probably rust out from underneath me before I ever get rid of it.Sorry you had that experience. Truly.
I bought a 2017 XLT FX4 with 5.0 new. Drove it 110k. Changed tires at 85k. Replaced clock spring in the steering wheel hub at 105k. $85 DIY. Flushed and replaced coolant.
Changed oil and rotated every 5k, and traded for a new Gladiator. That Ford was the best vehicle I ever owned.
