YOUR time is worth something though. If you spend weeks trying to get them to take them back, and then have to order tires from somewhere else, you just waste your time.Sucks that happened. Best you can do is obviously never use them again. Give them negative feedback online (like here.) But for those who think you should just take it because that's how life is these days???? Attitudes like that is why things are like this, and why companies can do business like this and stay in business. Mistakes happen, how they handle the mistake is what's important. It's called customer service.....sort of extinct these days I think it left with common sense.

if we removed the complaining about Stellantis, Jeep dealers, rubber ducks and angry grills.....what are desk jockeys supposed to read all day while pretending to work?
