You've gone to look at it physically? I would assume it's either optioned in a way that lacks appeal or the dealer is asking over MSRP and can't move it. Though I would also assume that would be the case with all their inventory.
If it’s on the dealer’s website, get the VIN. Copy and paste the links below. Plug the vin in here to get the window sticker:

https://www.jeep.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=

for the full build info, plug the vin in after the = here:

Thanks for all the responses...I will admit it is priced high ($67800 out the door), they have budged a little on the price, but considering how long it's been on their lot you would think they would be more flexible.
Offer 57,000 out the door

Yikes, that's insanely high. Mine had been sitting on the dealer lot for ~7 months when I got it, and it has virtually every option you can get on it short of the lane departure and auto cruise control bullshit, and it barely scraped $61k.

I realize times have changed with all the market fluctuation and all that, but unless that truck has literally every option possible, and is in pristine condition, I would move on.

And, IME, Mojaves just aren't as popular as the Rubicons. I'm guessing it just has to do with the recognition factor that a Rubicon has. People even remotely familiar with Jeeps know that Rubicon is the top dog. Mojave is new, so as a whole, people are probably just more wary of them. I don't see a reason for it though, personally.

Lots of folks (myself included) would argue that the Mojave makes a better daily driver than a Rubicon, and you get more for your money with a Mojave as adding all the suspension upgrades and frame strengthening that a Mojave has to a Rubicon would cost significantly more than adding a disconnecting front sway bar and locker to a Mojave.

I don't know how long mine was actually on the dealer lot, but its build date was Jan 2021 and I bought it at the end of October. Almost 5K miles, I've had a couple of minor issues but no leaking axle seal (yet!)

Careful, some might argue that adding fancy shocks and stronger front-end components to a Rubicon is easier than adding a front locker and disconnecting sway bars to a Mojave. ;)

FWIW, I think they're both awesome, just depends on which lego set you want to start with.

Right, someone will say "diesel only in the rubicon, FTW" then someone will say "enjoy the derating in the heat" and the class wars begin.

Mojave is my favorite trim, but that is crack pipe pricing.

Think that is double a base Sport.

Imo just factory order from one of the volume dealers (then you have nothing to worry about except time)

Big time. I think anything close to $60 MSRP has every option box checked.
While I’m sure this thing is marked up, you’d be surprised how much actually checking every box jumps up the price. $60k is well equipped, a 2021 fully loaded with everything except for half doors (because that’s just crazy) is just under $70k including destination fee and without any incentives. Here is a sample 2021 build and price if you are interested.

Dang, I'm happy I got my 2020 Mojave when I did. I was $47k out the door with steel front and rear bumpers with a winch.
