Went to the beach with top off and got stuck in our first FL rain shower this season. Seems the interior is fairly waterproof and so is my wife. Hard to see in the garage but had to towel off the insides.
random thought - I’ve noticed that Gladiator drivers wave more enthusiastically to each other than other Jeep drivers.

Finally got it out on about 30 miles of dusty roads and trails, some pin-striping, solid 1-2 miles of rocks and ruts, some great vistas, and a couple water crossings. Then it rained the hour drive home for a nice shower.

First out of state moto trip with the JT. Definitely not the ideal moto vehicles but they work.

Looks like it fits pretty good to me. If I still raced Moto-X, i'd have no problem putting my bike or quad in the bed.

I did some more driving around this evening to test out the new Fox 2.0 TS steering stabilizer... Damn I just can't get over how much of a difference it made! It's like driving a normal vehicle now, and it doesn't want to dart all over the road and follow ruts. And when it does float, and you correct the steering, it doesn't snatch it hard in that direction, as if the steering is way too sensitive and soft, and it overcorrects itself (like it was factory). It definitely stiffened up the steering a good bit...Which I am a fan of, coming from a high-performance background, I like the steering so tight and firm that you can change lanes with the flick of a finger and never move your wrist.

Because I have the Rubicon, I can go into my EVIC and look up the Drivetrain, and I tested how much play (in degrees) there is in the steering wheel, and it's showing (from the time it recognizes the tires moving) is 2º in each direction from dead-center. So that means there's roughly 4º of play in the steering after installing the steering stabilizer. And it takes about 3" of turning the wheel before it recognizes that 2º of difference in the tires.

I don't know what that translates into, as I'm not a professional front-end alignment engineer, but I know that seems a bit excessive to me. There should not be that much steering wheel movement to achieve only 2º of tire & wheel movement. I'd venture to guess the Synergy steering sector brace might be needed to finish tightening up all that slack.

Put the ski box (with 6 pairs of skis) and my bikes on the back to see how it feels fully loaded for the upcoming trip to Colorado (yes, packed the bed with boxes of the wife's fragile china too!). Except for the Ugly Audi stickers on the box, it drove as if nothing was on it (gotta paint that box Gobi as soon as I can though).

The bike fits fine, it’s the gear bag, tool box, gas can, ramp, etc. that are a bit of a problem. But if you’re good at doing puzzles you’ll figure it out. And there’s no way I can bring a friend’s bike unless I trailer them

Did some tent camping last week up at Vogel State Park in Georgia, and took the Jeep on my first actual off road trails (Tray Mountain Road and Corbin Creek Road in Chattahoochee National Forest) for a couple hours!
