That’s my nephew. We camp with my brother and his friends who live up there. Those rounds are 2 foot diameter. Out there we cut our own firewood. We find dead trees, drop em, cut em, and bring em back to burn.
The only night we didn’t have a fire like that was Thursday. My wife and I got there first and nobody else showed up until Friday morning. We set up camp, collected branches for the fire, and had a small fire while eating pizza and drinking wine that we picked up in Bend before heading into the OHV. It made for a very good start of that camping trip.
Excuse me sir but do you have a burn permit? You're gonna need a water tender too.....

Thanks very much for the great review. When i eventually get out there to do those, I’ll know what to expect.
I didn’t realize until this morning that after going on Firebreak #5 the trail continues on into two other trails, Saddle up part one and Saddle Up part two. Part two has the gate keeper at each end and as I was looking over the trail report today I recognized the pictures of the gatekeeper. Saddle Up part one has a ledge trail that allowed us to see across the distance to all the tall snow covered mountains in the distance. We counted 4.

I’ve got loads of video I assume will never get watched. I’ve never had or taken the time to go through it and learn what it sounds like you have.
Here’s the first video from Tillamook.
This is the trail that leads to the trailhead for Cedar Tree called “University Firepower Part 2”.
This is my first “full production” video. I spent about 4 to 5 hours on this one while learning how to use the tools in the software (Adobe Premiere Rush). I sped up the main sections 3x to cut the time down and kept 2 sections at regular speed.
The next one I’m thinking of just publishing the highlights but haven’t decided yet.

Here's my video of Cedar Tree Trail from my trip to Oregon.
It's pretty much a drive through the forest hills with some multi-point turns on the narrow sections.
I sped the entire video up 5x to cut the time down from 1hr 18min to 15min.
There's a quick stop at 5:40 for the giant Cedar Tree and at 12:20 on the shelf section you can see snow covered Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lassen far off in the distance to the left.
I also turned off the audio with no music on this one.
All critiques are encouraged.

Which color is that? It’s awesome.
Thank you. Yup, like Wild Hobo said - Snazzberry. That’s one thing about these JTs, I envy every other color lol. I couldn’t stop staring at a Zenith Silver at a stop light the other day, and I don’t even like silver vehicles.

Well no pictures but got to recover a loaded down E350 van at local strawberry festival. Rain storm came in dropping a surprising amount of rain. The field for parking became a mud bog, the driver asked me if I could try to pull it out. I gave directions on how, what to do and especially what not to do. Hooked up pulled it out easier than driving up my driveway after rain storm. A second one afraid she would get stuck, she heard my directions to other got in her Jeep AWD model (of all things) and drove out without a problem. The simple thing of don't spin the tires and tear up the grass.
I was back there today, at least a half dozen vehicles were still in the field. I should have went to the booth making signs and had a towing service ones made.
