Any mods to OEM winch bumpers? No place to add shackles, or extended brush bars.

Yes, but I bought those. The only home fab work was cutting the factory Rubi bumper with the plasma torch to fit them. They are from Maximus-3 and also need their winch plate to go on.

CAUTION!!!!
If cutting with plasma on the bumper, disconnect all the LED light wiring as you could easily induce enough power into them to kill the lights. I would also be concerned with using plasma on the vehicle itself.

Made from 1/2” steel plate. Should be sturdy enough and will come in handy if my aluminum pieces for my DIY bed rack ever show up.

Custom Low Height Bed Rack that works with Truxedo LoPro Tonneau Cover.

Mostly off the shelf 80/20 black anodized aluminum, I did custom machine the bed rail caps out of Aluminum to mount the entire rack to. This was designed to mount my RTT at the same height as the cab to maintain overhead clearance.

Since we have a bunch of other fun threads like this, I figured a homemade product thread would be cool.

I'm a hobbyist blacksmith and have access to lumber and a 3d printer so I'm trying to think of things I can make for the Gladiator.

I'm thinking maybe some kind of cargo organizer for the bed so when I go food shopping I don't end up with smashed eggs on the bulkhead?

What have you guys made?

Found some time to start tinkering with the bed rack today. Cut the 4’ pieces of 2”x1” down to 2’ and notched the 1 5/8 super strut to tie them together.
