If anyone is interested in a mounting plate and power disconnect switch set up. I stumbled on American Adventure Lab. Finish is very nice and quality is good. Lead time was a little long and not plainly stated but all in all very pleased. $30 for powder coated plate w/shipping. Now I just have to hook everything up!

I need to do something my wirings becoming un sightly.

Any one have lings for a buss bar that would work for grounds and the aux switch wiring?

I try searching but get bogged down in to many options and not 100% on the correct terms.

A + terminal bar that I can set the aux switches up on, and a corresponding negative bar that I can ass in grounds for things; not winches but led lights etc.

I went the same route, really looks nice and I feel better having a switch to disconnect when not using the winch. Just wish it came with an appropriate length cable to run from the battery to the switch.

This is before I added to the solenoid bracket to also hold the plow fuse.
So the solenoid is out of the way, under the plow fuse.

Yes I agree with that. Bump up the price $5 and include it since they already know the switch you’re going to use and the length you will need.

I have an 400 amp blade fuse and holder that I am going to install with it so I guess that would change the length of cables.. idk. I will take pics when all done.

I put in a SimpleAUX board from Badge Glow. I got the one with the crimp connectors. Attach the four Aux wires and bolt it down near the battery. They include the second bolt that is needed.

Man, they really jacked up the price on that. IIRC, that was like $30 or under a couple of years ago.
I bought one for my first truck in mid 2020, it was around $40 plus shipping. The one for this truck was $70.39 total. The neatness, convenience, and easy install are worth it.

I like the aux board setup - clean, out of the way, but for the other stuff - the solenoid mount and such - I can swap out my battery without removing any of my stuff - winch solenoid/disconnect or aux switch terminal strip, etc.

Take it in for any service, nothing is in the way.

My beef with some of the stuff - it's so BIG and you have to remove things to get to other things. Bad enough Jeep builds 'em that way.

The aux terminals you have may be pricey, but it's compact. (mine was 8 bucks and a little bit of time)

Maybe it was $40 and the cheese slipped off my cracker for my memory. I bought one back then and never installed it and sold it recently. I know a few months ago they were out of production but it looks like they are back with a price increase like everything else.

I'm going by (not very good) memory for the first one. I bought it direct from them. The second one I bought from them, but had to order it through Amazon. Their website is up and working again, and the Amazon listing shows unavailable.

I used a simple keyed battery cutoff switch. I fabbed the bracket from a piece of aluminum bar stock. It's attached with a pair of rivnuts using stainless steel hardware. I didn't like the look of bare aluminum, so I sprayed the bracket with some leftover crinkle finish gray spray paint. It works great and altogether, it was less than $50.
