Max Tow with Mopar lift next to a stock Mojave

I've been happy with my Max Tow choice as well. I got a call on Saturday from Joe Maus Dodge jeep ram wanting to buy mine, offering $40,000 for it and $3,000 off and new one. No Gator color and all they had was 2 Rubicons and 1 Mojave on the lot, all over $60000. I'll keep mine.

if your asking how to tell if a sport has max tow, the plastic wheel well fenders have a ridge just on the outside of each foot well.

I thought I had the same hardware in my Mojave as a MaxTow

Your spring rating are different. Mojave's not designed for towing , it's main purpose is Desert running or overland running. Max Tow has a higher rating on the springs and is designed from factory to offer the largest towing capacity of any JT, that's why it's called a Max Tow. There is about a 1500lb difference in towing capabilities between the 2. Not saying the Mojave can't pull more than 6000lbs, it just wouldn't be legal to do it.

And yes adding larger tires, lifts, any extra weight period that takes it from it's original stock form would affect how much you can tow. How much is anybody's guess.

$2k+ shocks, frame reinforcements, and rear locker.

factory towing capacity cant be relied on if going with softer springs.. will it make a difference? would contact the lift manufacturer.
