Got everything wired up, winch is off a 500 amp battery disconnect solenoid, which is switched via Aux 4. I replaced the HF wire for 2/0, like a mad man. Fused at 500 amps pre solenoid of course.

I have to aim the fogs, big time. Also, I can really feel the weight on the front end. I may need to level it out as a temp fix. Going to slap the rest of the install details in my build thread, probably tomorrow.

I could never get pat

I can only get half of that, MAYBE 3/4 of that if lucky. It's dusty here some times of year.
Other than a trip to TN and one to GA most of my time has been on the road or several of the FL trails. I’m either alone or leading for some reason.

Night and day improvement over the blown fox shocks.

Jury is still out on the falcon ts stabilizer
I've had great luck with them, love the ride on my 5.7 commander I just don't know how they would do with the diesel weight and Clayton springs.

Solenoid looks tight. What brand is the solenoid and fuse? I have the Warn disconnect and believe the solenoid that comes with the kit is 175 amps. Haven't put the winch to max draw. However, I don't believe 175 amps is enough. Really like your set up.

Got too excited to wait for the matching skid and filler plate from BAM wholesale parts, and installed my FB marketplace steel bumper. Couple of scratches, can’t decide if I just leave it be or mess with the suggested Rustoleum bed liner spray can. I hate painting and worry I’ll make things worse rather than better…
Second pic just because it looked cool sitting out there while running RC cars with my son :)

It had better be more than 175 - that's half of what some winches pull without even a full load.
It's what they sell under "truck winch accessories.
A lot of people using them on 10,000 pound Warn winches from the reviews I've seen.
A typical winch of that size can pull 350 and over 400 amps.

Made a set of front mud flaps. I decided to make my own after looking at other options (rokblokz). these ones will actually be safe when wheeling on rocks. I had leftover .090" abs and some Butyl sheet from another project.

Just need to make the other side.

And at a fraction of the cost of those grossly over-priced rokblokz pieces sell for. Someone suggested them for my wife's Wrangler - yikes! No way in $#%@. DOUBLE what nicer looking better made products cost.
LOL - maybe I should have you make some for my wife's Jeep - but I think I'll go Weathertech on those because Jeep doesn't even make them for Rubicon.
