To document my oil changes, I make copies of the dated sales receipts for the oil & filter (the heat activated print on original register receipts can tend to fade out to the point of not being legible over time).

Then I go on the MOPAR Jeep owner web app & enter the oil change info in the Maintenance Record section for my truck.
That way it is included with all service/warranty records for my truck that Jeep has on file, and is able to be easily accessed by any Jeep dealer down the road if needed.

Guessing you have to have UConnect for this to work?

I went on the website and couldn't find where it would let me enter anything in like what you have.

Am using the Mopar.com web site on my desktop computer.
https://www.mopar.com/jeep/en-us.html

The U Connect has nothing to do with this.

Set up my account on the Mopar.com site the day I took delivery of my Gladiator & brought it home from the dealer in February of '21.

After logging into the web page, click on the "View Dashboard" button on the initial web page.
The "Dashboard" page shows the info for my truck, (VIN, current mileage, recall info, warranty info, Sirius XM subscription info, etc.).
Scroll down on the "dashboard" page to the "Latest Maintenance Records" block.
Click on the "View All" button at the bottom of that block.
It takes you to the page showing the list of all of the service records, part of which I provided in the screen shot in my earlier post.
At the bottom of that records list is a button to click if you want to add a new service record.

Took that screen shot today when I made the earlier post, so still have access to make additions on the Mopar site at this point.

I know that they have a new Jeep app for phones, which uses the same user & password as the Mopar.com site. They migrated all of my vehicle info to this new Jeep app automatically when they rolled it out.

After logging into the new Jeep phone app, the main page shows a "Service & Maintenance" line right below two tiles showing your current fuel level, and vehicle health report.
When you tap the > arrow on the "Service & Maintenance" line, it takes you to a page showing your local Jeep dealer info.
At the top of that page, tap the "History" tab, and it shows the list of service records for your truck.
At the bottom of this list is also a "Add a Record" button to tap if you want to add a new service record.

Hope this might be a help.
I'm a self proclaimed computer "cave man". And don't even get me started on what I really think of my pain in the ass "Smart" phone. ;)
So if I can figure this out, you shouldn't have any problems.:like:

Edit: As a side note, I have let all of the Sirius XM Guardian Connected Services subscriptions run out on my truck. Both the Mopar.com site, and the new Jeep phone app are still receiving & updating my current mileage, fuel level, vehicle health report, etc., and I'm also still receiving my monthly vehicle health report email.

Echo Diesels are no longer available on Jeeps and Rams because of oil leaks and dealers not wanting to do extensive repairs.
Yeah, the Echo diesels went the way of the DoDo bird. But the Eco diesels you can still order.

Right after View Dashboard I see VIN, Current Milage, Recall info, Warranty Info and Sirius XM

Below that it shows Learn More About Your Vehicle and that is some videos.

Weird!

Follow up… looks to have been a bad oil filter causing inconsistent oil pressure. As pissed as I was the dealer experience has been a good one. They sent me video of the oil draining (pretty damn close to 9 quarts) and all diagnostic checks. They redid the oil filter and oil change at $0. Picked it up yesterday afternoon and so far it has been performing normally.

hopefully I avoided any sort of damage to the engine as there was plenty of oil in it and I shut it off as soon as I saw the abnormal reading.
You said the dipstick did not show oil on it and it was running bad.
Bad filter as in it blocked the oil and was starving your engine critical components of lubrication?
Bad filter as in not filtering the oil allowing dirt in those critical components.
I don't see this as a win.

Could they have put oil in it just to show you the video of it coming out?

Was the filter preventing the oil from from going to system therefore not returning to the pan? That would for sure show up as running rough and zero oil on the dip stick. However, that is not good for the engine even for a minute or two.

Tell me they gave you an extended warranty for installing a defective filter that could have potentially damaged the engine.

Here is a larger screen shot on the Mopar.com site "Dashboard" page for my truck showing the "Latest Maintenance Records" block, and the "View All" button at the bottom of that block.

Sorry to hear that.
Have you tried the new Jeep phone app yet to see if it shows everything for your truck?

As I mentioned earlier, the new Jeep app will use your same user name & password as the Mopar.com web site.

What? They offer it today on the Gladiator. Rough first post for a new member...

A lot of discussion on this page. I had this happen to me once before with the local dealership. I check mine when I pick it up.

This forum has scared me away from jeep dealerships doing basic maintenance. The JT is also the easiest thing I've ever had to do an oil change on. You'd have to work to get the oil filter in wrong. The oil filter cap is plastic so it can be rounded off or cracked. I use a 6 sided socket and torque wrench on it to make sure I don't over tighten or round it off (pretty sure the torque is stamped on the cap).

Takes like 15-20 min to do an oil change which is much faster than driving to a dealership and waiting an hour for them to do it. Most of the 15-20min is waiting on oil to drain.
It's like 45 minutes at my dealership but they also rotate my 37's as well. If I had to do both in my driveway it would be well over a hour or more.
