I got mine installed by the dealership only because I got a great deal on it ($1400 w/ installation) because it didn’t “void warranty”. Will this be the case everywhere? Probably not. Are there better options out there? Absolutely. Am I happy with it over stock Sport S suspension? Most definitely. The stars have to align for something like that to ever happen again but until then I’m a happy camper.

I second this!!! the 2.5 EVO life brought my Mojave up 4 inches and my 35s look small. Will definitely regear and 37s when I need new tired
I'm glad I'm not the only one haha. I can't wait for these 35's to wear down and get 37's wrapped around new wheels. Then drop 5.13 gears in. I need to get that torque back.

Mine got a new transmission at 22k miles with 35s and a tall aftermarket 2.5” lift. I just squeaked in. ?
Damn for real? Automatic or Manual? That ZF has a good rep so hoping mine will last.

Auto behind a gas motor.

I've noticed a few having issues since mine had issues and I can relate. I think they're typically pretty reliable transmissions though.

Bad .... No ... Maybe incomplete. IMO it would be much better with adjustable control arms so you can dial in your castor and pinyon angles. Track bars might not be completely necessary, but again recommended so that all geometry can be corrected.

I measured, a 2 inch lift will move the front diff 3/4 inch to the driver side. I have adj track bars F&R.

Happy with mine, warranty maintained, ride is better, not scraping as much on Jamborees, will scrape even less once I get 37's.

I am finally looking at lift kits and was just going to do the Mopar 2 inch lift with 35's. I heard a lot of good things at first, but have been seeing a lot of bad things now. Is it a bad kit? I have a Gladiator Rubicon with some mods already so I don't need a full kit, just really shocks and springs. I already have a Synergi Front Track bar, Terreflex Alpine Adjustable Control Arms and a Fox Racing 2.0 Steering Stablizer. Are there better options for me? It's a Daily driver keep in mind, I do go offroad several times a year mainly in PA (I am in NJ)
I had the 2” lift installed at time of purchase and run 35”s. The Fox Shocks dampening is very soft. The truck wallowed way too much for my comfort. At 42,000 kms the front shocks blew and bled their red oil out. I got warranty replacements and they are still in the boxes. I removed the rears and then installed Bilsteins and voilà handling with just enough plush.

I have the Mopar 2” lift and love it. Been about 2 years with it. Had it installed by my dealer but I bought from BAM Jeep parts at a discount price ($1100) at the time. It’s been to 4 Jeep Jamborees and has about 20k miles on it. Rides better than stock in my experience. Running 35”x10.5”x17” tires.

I went with the Synergy track bars front and rear. Very solid and easy to adjust. Now I have the Synergy control arms for the rear upper and lower to adjust the rear pinion angle. It's not really needed for a 2 inch lift.

I bought my Jeep used and it came with the Mopar lift and 37 x 13.50 x 17 tires. It rides very smooth, even at 85MPH on the highway. It is a comfortable ride. It has the tow package and I am very pleased with the the acceleration for only having 4.10 gears. Surprised actually. I have a 93 YJ on 35's, re-geared at 4.56.

Does anyone know the fully extended length of the Fox 2.5s that come with the Mopar 2 inch lift.

Hate to bring up an oldish thread but I’m also considering this. I spoke to my dealers today and the two I called said the price were ridiculous.

One near me said $2300 for the parts and with 4 hours of labor plus tax is 4k. That is insane but they’re also pricks (white plains jeep for anyone wondering, idgaf about calling them out because they also refused to sell the Jeeps at MSRP when I was shopping last September - ended up going to PA and paying 6k less than MSRP for an identical model).

The other jeep dealer said $2000 for the parts. With labor it comes. To $3000 before tax.

Meanwhile my go-to shop is offering AEV 2.5” lift/geometric correcting kit for $2200 including installation. It sounds like the easy decision but I spent an extra $1400 on an extended warranty so I sorta was considering Mopar route to protect the warranty.

Am I crazy? Are those jeep prices out of control?
